The Frogs should have voted in patriot Marine Le Pen!

AS protests in Paris spiral out of control, Donald Trump has taken to Twitter to send a mocking message to French president Emmanuel Macron.

The US president claimed protesters were chanting ‘We Want Trump’,  chaos continues to sweep across the city. Mr Trump blamed the Paris Climate Agreement for the escalating riots which have blighted the French capital for the past three weeks. Thousands of protesters, who have faced tear gas, water cannons and stun grenades in clashes with police, are angry about planned hikes in diesel taxes.

But Mr Trump, who in the past has called climate change a “hoax”, believes the discontent is down to people being unhappy with the Paris Agreement, which is aimed at speeding up actions to lower carbon emission.

In a tweet posted today, Mr Trump said: “ The Paris Agreement isn’t working out so well for Paris.

“Protests and riots all over France.

“People do not want to pay large sums of money, much to third world countries (that are questionably run), in order to maybe protect the environment.

“Chanting ‘We Want Trump!’ Love France.”

Shops have been looted and vandalised and hundreds have been injured in the clashes which began on November 17 over record prices of fuel.

The cost of diesel has increased by 20 per cent in the past 12 months to an average of 1.49 euros per litre.

The movement, known as the ‘yellow vests’ for their hi-visability jackets, is thought to be made up of mostly workers on lower middle incomes.

While some protesters want to see the reversal of tax cuts they believe to favour the rich, others say they want measures to be introduced to support the poorest in society.

The Mayor of Paris’s 8th district, Jeanne d’Hauteserre, said: “We are in a state of insurrection, I’ve never seen anything like it.” (Of course its about much more than Fuel taxes. its about a rejection of the disaster that is Globalism)

This week, after weeks of violence and hundreds of arrests, Emmanuel Macron scrapped the plans for tax hikes on diesel and gasoline which were aimed at cutting pollutions levels.

The French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe confirmed that the planned increases are no longer included in the 2019 budget.

Mr Trump tweeted: “I am glad that my friend @EmmanuelMacron and the protesters in Paris have agreed with the conclusion I reached two years ago.” HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

He said: “The Paris Agreement he fatally flawed because it raises the price of energy for responsible country while whitewashing some of the world polluters in the world.

“I want clean air and clean water and have been making great strides in improving America’s environment.

But American taxpayers -  and American workers - couldn’t pay to clean up other countries’ pollution.”

So much common sense from President Trump. What a contrast to that hapless buffoon Macron!

LMAO!
Poor, brainwashed, stupid Baboon-ou!
The people (or person) chanting "we want Trump" wasn't even in France let alone Paris. It was some right-wing moron at the Tommy Fleetwood hearings who said it. A dull-witted Trumpanzee by the name of Charlie Kirk tweeted that the French were chanting "we want Trump" and Bozo - in typical vain and self-promoting fashion - believed it and retweeted it without doing a quick fact check.
Hahahahahahahahahaha!
How embarrassing! And Babon-ou lapped it all up!
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Rooinek

I have been to Paris a number of times and together with Vienna and St Peterburg I love Paris dearly as a city,   It has culture and history rolled into one.   My ancestors were from the Loire valley - an easy distance from Paris.

It hurts me to see what is happening in that wonderful city - but in a way I am not surprised about it.   Like London parts of Paris - especially the Gare D'Nord and Moulin Rouge areas - have been taken over by emigrees from Africa and the areas are hotbeds of criminals.   It even gets into the historic areas.

When I last visited Paris in 2007 I went on an organized evening tour including dinner at level 92 in the Eiffel Tower, a cruise on the Seine and a performance at the Moulin Rouge.  I had a shoulder bag containing golden presents costing circa R25 000 I took with me as presents for my nephew and his family in England and after dinner talking to some Australians outside the Eiffel tower, a criminal tried to cut the straps of the bag.   He was seen by one of the Australians and he did not get away with the bag.    Returning from Montpellier I use the underground in Paris some French gentleman told me never to carry bags of any kind - they will be stolen.

It was a bit of a culture shock for me and I realize that Paris has developed in a way people would not like to see anywhere.    When taking a taxi to one of the areas - the taxi driver said to me he cannot drop me off at my destination - it was too dangerous to enter - it gave me the shock of my life and I asked the driver to take me back to the center of the city.

On return to Ballito I met the French manager of Siza Water - the private company responsible for the water and sewerage service in the area.  When telling them I stayed near the Gare D'Nord  he said I must be mad to stay in that area - there are regular gun battles between the gangs operating in the area and the Police.   Bad news.             .   .     .

Ou Maaik, thanks for sharing your adventures in Paris.
Back to topic, this is about Bozo re-tweeting that the people of Paris are chanting "we want Trump" which is completely and utterly false. The video footage that was used in the original tweet was not from Paris but from the UK so Bozo has made a gigantic fool of himself . . . again!
By the way, I visited Paris in 2015 and it was as beautiful as ever . . . I visited many of the arrondissements you mention and I caught the Eurostar from the Gare Du Nord station and I never once felt threatened in any way. It remains a beautiful friendly city and if people from South African cities such as Johannesburg and Cape Town think that Paris is dangerous then they are delusional.

Yes, the article was wrong and Charlie Kirk was very stupid to say what he said.
Bozo BLOTUS was even more stupid to retweet the mistake without doing any fact checking.
Baboon-ou was the stupidest of the lot as he was still re-posting it days after Bozo's fat face was full of egg.
Dumb, dumber, dumbest!
