People have been left genuinely worried for Melania Trump’s welfare following pictures and video footage that has emerged from the Presidential inauguration last weekend.

The First Lady looked despaired and desolate during the ceremony and was struggling to keep up her picture-perfect smile as she flanked her husband Donald Trump.

In a clip posted to social media yesterday, the former super model can be seen having a conversation with her husband, flashing her teeth in a fake smile before assuming a very glum expression as he turned back around.

While it’s unclear what the President said to her to render her so unhappy, it’s clear that the 46-year-old wasn’t exactly happy inside.

The footage has prompted an unexpected reaction from the public, who might have slammed Trump for his actions, but instead have expressed an outpouring of concern and pity for Melania.

An iconic picture of the moment described by the fan was also seen online prompting a further reaction of genuine worry for the new First Lady.

Other people seemed convinced that the couple had been ‘off with each other all day’ and were seen ‘shooting each other dirty looks’ and looking very uncomfortable as they sat side-by-side.
