That is the fooliest announcement ever. It was tried by a Roman emporer and the resut was that peple became non-available in shops - but available on the black market.
I essense it failed in Soviet Russia, in Venezuela and in every country where it was tried. It does not take into account production costs and delivery costs, So what is going to happen in a country where Government determine food prices. We in SA knows it first hand and it now entails Harris accpting the policies implemented in Zimbabwe and let to a dictatorship rule that made Zimbabwe poorer than ever before.
So what wil appen in e USA? It will have the same consequences as it had in dozens of other countries. Food production on farms will cease because they will not be able to cover production cost increases and food prduction will drop massively. They want to enhance Black market trading in food and that is bound to happen with highly inflated prices, And people will starve as a result.
For Government to control that kind of approach represents Communist control of the country. It is the type of thing the Communist regimes tried and failed. So what comes next?

It is madness to vote for a clueless women to be even a puppet in charge of the US economy. In the end that type of thing will destroy the US economy and the dollar as a currency. So it wlll not happen - but the consequences is that people will continue to suffer increased hardships.
