The man claimed he was arrested 252 days ago -ie on or about 27 September 2021 and held without trial  since that date.   Weird that they took that long without trial anyway.    But why was he arrested that long after the Capitol demonstration?     

I suspect that he was offered something to turn State Evidence and he refused to do so.   The other person now "charged" is  the Republican Party candidate as Governor of Michigan.    A Democrat Judge has deleted all candidates opposed to the  Democrats represented by Madame Hitler bar the one now charged from candidacy in Michigan.    That looks to me like they are trying to Manipulate the election in the bitch's favor..
