The USSR under Stalin was an ally of the US in WW2 and Stalin played pingpong with both Roosevelt and Churchill at the Yalt confcerence to allow Russia to get control of the central European countries to be occupied by the USSR and the end result was the Cold War that lasted iuntil 1991 - when the Communist Regime in the USSR collapsed.
Under Lenin and Stallin there were murderous attacks on people of the whole USSR 9inclusivce of Ukraine and during those attacks 52 million people died through ourtight murder and officially-created starvation. Millions ended up in the prison camps in Sibera and the famous White Sea channell on its own cost 1,5 million deaths on its own - it was constructed by political prisoners. The Holomodor famine during which 8 million people died did not only hit Ukrainians - Gorbachov claimed when he was President that two of his brothers died as a result of the famine.
In any event after Stalin died in 1953 there were Beria - the head of the MVD responsible for most of the Stalin - also tried to take over power in the USSR and he was invited to the Kremlin where he was given a pistol and ensure his life ended by suicide. In 1956 Kruschov in a secret speech condemned stalin for his cruelty and that cased uprisings in various counties ending in the demise of Stalinist leadership in countries in central and eastern and central Europe. In Russia the Communist Party were banned - but in terms of the new Russian Constitution replacing the Communist regime - the Supreme Russian Court pointed out that such a ban was unconstitutional and the Party remain in existence today.
All previous parts of the USSR that wished to become independent countries became independent countries - that include Ukraine. The conditions were clear a negotiated agreement with Russia was required.based on the compilation of constitutions requiring thast human rights in newly imdependent countries should be compiled and approved by referendum in all such countries, That happened to Ukraine as well - the constitution included the area that was Russian until 1953 and then added by the Communist Regime to Ukraine to ease Communist control over Ukraine through addition of areas ever before part ofc Ukraine and with virtually total populated by Russian speaking people. The referendum in Ukraine in 1991 confirmed the Constitution and that was the casxe in 2914.
In that year the USA organized and funded an unlawful change of Government in Ukraine and the Ukraine Constitution ended up on a scrap heap. The USA decided who should be in charge in Ukraine and they went further and funded the enw Ukraine Government. In the period 1991 to 2014 was the msot corrupt country - 2014 the corruption extended to USA politicians - and Biden was involved in wholesale corruption in Ukraine - so was Pelosi and Schiff.
Be it as it may the main appointees appointed by the USA as Interim Government were associated by a faction in Ukraine that idolized Bandera - the WW2 leader of Ukraine that was a Nazi protegee responsible for deaths of hundreds and thousands of murders of Jews, Poles and ordinary Ukrainians. They were NAZI allies in WW2 and hatred all Russian people. Those people are still i.n charge in Ukraine at present.
As a result of the fear of Russian-speaking people of the new US instaqlled Government in Kiev a civil war broke out in the Eastern Ukraine in which 18 000 pweople died. The Germans and French initiated talks in Minsk in 2015 a settlement for epace in Ukraine was reached and there were only three real conditions agreed on, namely -
* that areplacement of the 1991 constitution of Ukraine would be drawn up in Ukraine and approve by referendum;
* that the existing borders of Ukraine will be internationally accepted (in 2015 Crimea was not part of Ukraine already and the agreement accepted that situation);
* that Ukraine would not be joining NATO.
The agreement was signed by the Presidents of France, Ukraine and Russia - By Chancellor Merkel of Germany and by the leaders of the Civil war in Eastern Ukraine. on acceptance by all Parties invov led the agreement was submitted to the UN Security Counil and accepted as a norm to settle the Ukraine issue.
The USA sabotaged it and forced their puppet Government in Ukraine to prevent implementation. The Civil War continued and in 2019 Zelenskyy promised in the 2019 election campaign that he would negotiate a peaceful settlement in Eastern Ukraine and was elected as President in Ukraine. He wsa promptly told by the US Government either to abandon his election promises or lose the US Aid funding in Ukraine. He was also instructed to expand the oppression of Rusiaqn speaking people in Ukraine and the Civil War situation in Eastern Ukraine worsened with the USA controlling totally their puppet Government in Kiev and Russia supplying aid to the Russians invovled in aiding the rebels in the Civil War in.Eastern Ukraine. Their were no Russian soldiers invovled in the civil war in 2019and in fcact beforfe 2022 the aid was basically weaponry and advice.
Weeks before the invasion of Ukraine started President Macron went to Moscow to try andx stop the threatening war in Ukraine. He was told by Putin that if the Misnk agreement of 2015 was implemented trherewould be no war - and signed an agreement to that effect as well. macron took the signed agreement to Zelesnkyy in Kiev he signed the agreement as well. the USA Government instructed the Kicv Government not to implement that agreement as well and to breachy it immediately. The kiev govenment thereafter arrested all Russian-speaking members of the Ukraine Parliament and was told to sednd additional US trained RUkraine soldiers to Eastern Ukraine to crush the rebellion in Eastern Ukraine. In March 2022 the Turkish Government tried to stop the war in Ukraine and the Russian and Ukraine F oreign ministers met in Ukraine. The Ukraine Government said they cou8ld not negotiate on anything with Russian troops threatening Kiev and the incvasion army was withdrawn from Ukraine to allow peace negotiations to conitnue. It was a dificult problem and the negotiations was basically on the point of signing an agreement on the issue when the USA Government instruicted the Ukraine Foreign Minister not to sign anything and leve Turkey immediately.
In the emantime the USA Government took over the total budget of the Ukraine and funded it totally. The Ukjraine AGovernment on isntgruction from Washington sent 60 000 US trained soldiers to Eastern Ukraine to crush the rebellion and Russia sent the troops withdrawn from Ukraine to protect the rebelsin Eastern Ukraine. Russia also allowed for 3,5 million of the Russian soeaking people to be evacuated to Russia and more than 13 million Ukrainians fled from other parts of Ukraine to Poland and Germany in particular.
Funding the full expenditure of the Ukraine Government since 2022 the Government in Ukraine in Kiev was only serving the USA and was clarly in charge through total fiunding of Ukraine in all respects. The USA in fact sabotaged three agreements that would ahve prevented war in Ukraine and stop the civil war of 2014. Why should that be is an open secret - the aim was to destroy the Russian Government under Putin and a believe in Washington that Russia would disintegrate into a number of countries that could be comntrolled from Washington. The beleive also was that the Russians would lose the war because of US and EU arms delivcery to Ukraine and the priomitive nature of the Russian Army and deficient weapon supply by the Russians. The idea apparently was that the Ukraineians will win any war against the poor under-equipped Russian Army and glory above glory thee USA would rget rid of Putin and instgall a puppet Government in Moscow.
So what ultras-corrupt and incometent Biden comes up with is just propaganda of the USA Government and idiotic as well. The Comnmunist dictaorship was destroyed in 1991 and replaced by a comnstitutional demcoratic Constitution. In the period 1991 to 1996 US comanies exloited the situation in Russia and that was stopped in 1996 when manycorrupt US compqnies were thrown out of Russia and never allowed back.
So I do not think that any thinking people will really respect the BS spread by Biden. He si nothjing more than an ididot controlled by the ultra-rich in the USA and is destroying the USA as well. Most people in the know what ahppened in the USA Government. Years ago Kissinger admitted that to be an enemy of the USA is dangerous - but to be a friend of the USA is even more dangerous. That is why the ex -US allies are applying in droves to join BRICS in a desperate effort to remain frfee from US interference.
Whatsoever what happened in Ukraine since 2014 was totally caused by the US Government - nobody else. So Biden is talking horseshit and you fell for it.
By the way the Holodomor faqmine was rejected by every USSR communist leader after the death of Satlin and accepted by every leader worldwide as being caused by the USSR Government under Stalin anyway.
