Actually Russia's population has been in decline for decades. They do need more people and its not just a Russian issue.

The Open Border Policy of Biden is not a conspiracy theory - it is a fact and the question is why is it part of the Democratic Party policy?. It is costing the USA billions. You must also remember that Biden tried to sneak through an unconstitutional Election Law in which -
* people do not need to provide proof of identity and residence when registering as voters;
* people did not require proof of citizenship either; and
* voters would not be required to produce proof of identity when they vote.
No other Democratic country in the world will allow that type of BS in elections It is claimed that there was no election fraud in the 2020 election - but hundreds of Democrat supporters have been charged in stashing votes in unguarded drop boxes and other forms of fraud. Whether that was enough to change the election outcome was not proved but the fact is the media keep quiet about it and they never mention any cases that has gone to court - so you would not know about it.
The number of dead people who voted was also problem in especially California where in 2016 a court found that 3,8 million dead or missing voters voted, The state was ordered by the Court to clear up their voter rolls - but they did nothing. California instead passed a law which makes it virtually impossible to remove voters from the voters role - even when dead or when they have fled from the state because of misrule. Tens of thousands of people flee from California and the State population is in decline/ As a result of that they lost 2 House seats based on the 2020 census, They also have in their election law a condition that party agents can collect votes for 14 days after the election day and in San Diego in 2018 they collected 261 000 votes that way - which enabled them to win three House seats. When all the votes were counted on election day the Democrats were 256 000 votes behind in the three seats. Needless to say the Democrats lost those 3 seats in the 2020 election.
Nothing the Democrats done is elections is ever honest - but they overplayed their hand in 2020 and some states have changed their laws to cover loophole - normally on instruction from the Courts. When it comes to elections they ae top class crooks, . Also it must be borne in mind that elections in the USA is a state responsibility and Biden tried to sneak in the California system as a national law.
The Demorts don't care about the country all they wish for is total political domination and they are buying the vote of these poor folks flooding across the borders.
In time with the open borders policy, Chain Migration and the political corruption the USA will become a second MEXICO type of country with chaos on a scale not ever witnessed before.
The Demorats have already started the rot but it can only go downhill from here with the talent they are allowing in.
