A small man hiding behind nuclear weapons. So Putin is going to be cruising the Artic with a nuclear-capable vessel hunting for new oil and gas reserves. Why exactly is a nuclear weapon needed to do this? 

Some serious questions have to be asked about Russians if many of them follow this madman. 
A few months ago the main TV channels in Russia were showing simulations of how effective a nuclear bomb would be in destroying the UK, where the presenters were in delight.

Nuclear powered,breaking thru the icebreaker This opens up a huge coastline for other ships up there in the artic-silk route. 

In 2007 they planted a flag under the sea at the North Pole. The riches of the artic is theirs as their coastline covers 53% of the artic.

I thought it was nuclear weapons on the boat -like a cannon. 

Still, I don't really like the association of anything nuclear with Putin.

Russia has developed a nuclear powered icebreaker - it has FA to do with nuclear armament.   When will you ever start thinking before you write BS on site.
