This guy was involved in Russia corruption and looting in the period 1991 to 1996 when he was saved by Yeltsin from going to jail - because Yeltsin believed the lies about how the west would help Russia to develop and did not want to act against people like Browder so he was sent from Russia - when Putin became Vice President and start cleanng  up the crooks involved.   

Browder stole million and would have got life in jail normally - but after not being allowed back in Russia for 28 years he gave himself out as an expert on Russia - and his hatred for Putin is obvious     

So what he came up to is pure BS only idiots will believe him.    .
