1    China

2    Russia

3    USA

4    India

Please note that countries  1. 2  and 4 are allied through BRICS - while NATO has been depleted to a farce and the US  have by now the weakest Military Command of any country  in the top 10 and a corrupt and useless President.   They even fled from Afghanistan in the middle of the night    They are more interested in organizing drag queen shows for kids on the military b ases than army maneuvers.

Only a delusional fool would think Russia still has an army that is a world military power.
Even before NATO weapons, Ukraine was able to hold its own against a country more than 3 times its population.

Everyone knows the US has the best military they have the best technology. 
China is so dependent on the Western market, that sanctions could collapse their economy quickly.

As things stand, China's economy is now starting to shrink. They are no longer going to be the manufacturing hub of the world. Instead, manufacturing is moving to places like India, Mexico, and alternative places in the East.

BRICS is not a military alliance and is unlikely to ever become one. Why would China and India ally militarily when they have their own territorial disputes.
