I read the article and the refence about the Syrian volunteers came from US sources - enough said because being able to lie is the first requirement for appointment.
This type of BS is easy to sell to  ignorant people.   Russia had multiple suicide attacks by Muslim terrorists and  the wider population would be against it.

Here is the perfect chance for all you keyboard warriors that rant about the global conspiracies to get dressed, get out of your mothers basement and actually do something.

Imagine the reaction from the Ukrainian solders as they see the teletubbies waddling along towards them  I am sure they would surrender there and then

Mind you once Putin saw the caliber of volunteers for his side he would scurry to the surrender table as quick as his chicken legs would take him.

Good try, ja, sure big bad bully Russia has over 900,000 active and 2,000,000 reservists men available of some the best soldiers in the world and only 200,000 deployed there and even a thick plank can deduct 200000 from 900000.

Russia has a vast standing army (the world's fifth biggest), with some 900,000 active personnel and a further two million reservists, compared to Ukraine’s 196,000 active troops and 900,000 reservists. However, Russia has only put in place some 200,000 troops around Ukraine for the special operation, meaning the forces are fairly evenly balanced in terms of boots on the ground, and Ukraine has called up all men from 18 to 60 who are able to fight, meaning they may actually have the advantage in terms of sheer number of personnel.

That said, this is a huge Russian force and is far bigger than the forces Russia sent for the first and second Chechen wars and is equivalent in size to the very biggest peacetime operations of the Soviet Union or NATO during the Cold War.

Obviously if you know something about military strategy, you certainly don't need them.LOL

BBC news, hahaha...bullshit baffles half a brain but maybe they don't know the language or the Russian attitude, very patriotic, proud, self assured and would never ask for help. If they want to and are trained in urban warfare, sure at their risk and cost.

He is not looking for military support at all, only said volunteers from countries are welcome if they want to, probably implying to countries like Syria and the like and certainly not from those nations that are hostile...they can come if they want to but not needed. There is obviously a big difference in the context and meaning.

Well who knows really but it makes no sense to do this in your own neighbourhood.

Never forgotten the outright lies and deception about "Weapons of Mass Destruction" in Iraq by Bush Junior...LOL

That is now forgotten and people are silenced but we all know it is one of the biggest proven lies ever told by USA , it's citizens and the world.

Now the ball is in the other court and feeble efforts of further deceits are being swept under the carpet...that Tucker Carlson video was very good and it revealed the spluttering and faux pas of those in the know and advoidance of answers...fortunately there is no way out of this, as material and documents are there.

The stench of hypocrisy is smelt all over the world and if honesty can still be found in this world today people will at last see for themselves instead of being prisoners to rotten media and decayed governments.

Seb I’ve mentioned it here before but i had a chap in a class i was giving that was a weapons demolisher and was contracted in Iraq. The guy told me straight up that showers next to soccer fields in Iraq were intentionally being marked down as chemical showers when they clearly weren’t. He witnessed many instances like that, saying that much of what they recorded was total nonsense. According to him, all the inspectors and other contractors that they went around with were told what to “find”. By whom exactly, is probably the question? So i can understand to some degree that politicians perhaps got bad information, but it wasn’t all simply a mistake, and it doesn’t matter one tiny bit to the people in Iraq if it was the military, politicians or big business where the “mistake” originated from. What mattered to Iraq was that a country that clearly didn’t have its own house in order came and destroyed their country, killing upward of 500,000 of their people. One would think that the origin of that mistake would be found and severely punished. Right? 9/11 saw around 3500 US citizens killed and it was a tragedy that will never be forgotten. Iraq lost way more people than that and nobody gives a shit. I mean someone, or a group of someones, fucked up, seemingly intentionally, and it cost something like 11 trillion dollars and more than half a million lives. Nope, only the Iraqi people and the soldiers that fought in that stupid war paid a price, nobody else. And let’s not forget that it was a conservative government that oversaw everything with Fox news cheering them on all the way. Hell, all big media was in on it. I’m by no means against the US or its people, but i sure as hell don’t trust politicians, the media or big business because it’s those dickheads that have always caused the damage and never pay the price.

Many years ago when men were men the "King" would lead the troops into battle.

Perhaps it would be a great idea to get the Politicians to assume that position on the front lines to support their mandates and show some balls instead of sending young folks to their death or suffering severe injuries due the "wars".

Back to the old days I say.

But I fear that no political leaders would wish to comply as they have no "BALLS" and are basically cowards.

Yes indeed Plum we are faced with something far worse and sinister than we ever imagined.

It starts with childhood and youth.

When I was a boy at school we were taught and disciplined in quite a different manner.

One of the issues we were taught was if you had done something wrong you were to have the guts to "own up".

To not own up and deny was the most cowardly thing imaginable and when it eventually came to the light, you ended up with a very painful posterior after 6 of the best. Not only that you were treated with contempt by scholars and masters alike.

Today, mommy intervenes and litigation often results and the unrepentant coward gets off scot free.

This extends to adulthood, people don't care, if you can afford the best lawyers you can quite easily, squirm yourself out of penance.

A seared conscience seems not to exist.

LOL at Arthur.

Can you imagine Biden leading up front, he'll probably stumble and fall over and it won't be from what we used to call, "the dreaded third eye."

Somehow Putin would not look too out of place, sitting on horse with his tunic off
