I actually looked at the link HasBeen posted…..look at it and you will find a discussion of  Russia’s nuclear gamesmanship, including the highly irresponsible relocation of nukes to Belarus.

Thanks Seb for the update... never knew the USA deployed them in Turkey which is just below Russia, separated by the Black Sea. 

Makes sense why they betrayed the Kurds in order to plant nukes in Turkey.
