Rand Paul: “I Will be Sending a Letter to the Department of Justice Asking For a Criminal Referral” Into Fauci

Cant happen soon enough oaks. Lock ou Fauci up! I no sympathy for the gnome! He will be very lucky not to hang.

Senator Rand Paul Tuesday night said he is sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral into Dr. Fauci.

Earlier Tuesday Rand Paul ripped arrogant Fauci during a hearing on the nation’s Covid response efforts.

Fauci testified and responded to questions about the NIH’s role in funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

Rand Paul and Fauci got into a tense exchange over Fauci’s involvement in funding the Wuhan lab’s gain-of-function research that likely led to Covid-19.

Fauci AGAIN denied he funded gain-of-function research.

Rand Paul also warned Fauci that lying to Congress is a crime.

“Dr. Fauci, as you are aware it is a crime to lie to Congress, Section 1001 of the US Criminal Code. Critics say a felony and a five-year penalty for lying to Congress,” Rand Paul said.

Senator Paul is following through with his threats and said he will be criminally referring Fauci to the Justice Department.

Faucci should not worry about that - the Justice Department priority is to protect Democratic Party criminals from prosecution.  Nothing  will come from the referral.   

Indeed Mike...and it's becoming more obvious by the day...America has fallen some years ago already, in a way Europe too...it's over, society as we knew it is gone...60's to mid 90's were the best few decades in human history...we still have it good, but we're past the peak and are about to plummet...sad, but that's just how it is.

Apparently gain of function research doesn't include taking an animal virus and making in more transmissible and able to infect human tissue.

Being more transmissible and able to jump species is only a massive gain of function by word and not by technical understanding.
