Read Babylon Bee for real satire

Satire is all  this site is about - but they are under attack by CNN,  So is their satire really hurting CNN?  

The following is the kind of report you will find on Babylon BeeL-

As Iranians protested their government's downing of a passenger jet, a frantic CNN reporter ran through the crowd lecturing them on how they were actually supposed to be shouting "Death to America!"

The CNN reporter arrived at the protests, exited to cover another anti-US Protest but quickly realised they were actually shouting “Death to the Dictator” and blaming their Government for shooting down the plane.

“Guys you are ruining the narrative” he cried through a megaphone.  “We can’t run with this!   You are willing to assign blame to Iran more readily than the media and Democrats!  This isn’t good for our viewership!   Are you guys in league with Fox News?”

“Please guys, please shout ‘Death to America’ just for a few minutes so that I can get some B-roll”.

His efforts weren’t having any effect, so the reporter began trying to start up the  chants himself.   “Death to America!  Death to America”  when I say “Death to” you say “America”.   “Death to”, a shoe is thrown in his direction. though, and he scattered, fearing for his life."                                           

As Governor Ralph Northam has begun to dismantle Virginia in a systematic fashion, many Virginians began to grow concerned that he was just going to destroy the entire state.

But Northam has assured Virginians that the state will be kept comfortable while discussions ensue over how exactly they are going to accomplish the destruction of the once-great state.

“The State will be kept comfortable”, he said in an address – “and the State will be resuscitated if that’s what we desire.   And then a discussion will ensue between us politicians over what course  acti on to pursue.   It’s really the most compassionate to handle this kind of thing,”

“It’s the government’s constitutional right to choose.”

Northam reminded everyone that Virginia is his state, his choice, and that is not a state full of American citizens with God-given rights, unless he declares it to be so.

He was frightened however to learn that Virginians own guns and can defend themselves of threatened by callous government unlike unborn babies.    

 Students in the dining hall at Boston University were in for a surprise when presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warden suddenly appeared above their heads wearing pink fairy wings and holding a magic wand.  

“I am the students loan fairy and I am here to pay off all your student debts” exclaimed the Democratic candidate as she slowly descended from the rafters.  “Bibbiti-bobbiti-boo! Have some fairy dust”.

Todd Freeman, a Canadian Studies major, was eating a deconstructed avocado sandwich when he looked up to see Warren dangling from some clearly visible stage wires. 

“She was just kind of awkwardly trying to steady herself while she waved her wand and threw handfuls of glitter at us”, Freeman said.  “Then she kind of lost control of the bag of glitter and just dump it all over my table.  It got into my eyes, and I have taken three showers and still cannot get it out of my hair”.  Luckily for Freeman, though, learning to get flitter out of things is the most practical thing he has learned at college thus far.

At one point Warren started swinging in the air in circles, tapping students on  the heads with a wand, shouting “Poof! Your loan is forgiven!  “Poof! Your loan is forgiven!”

The spectacle finally came to an end when Warren began spinning uncontrollably, becoming visibly dizzy.   Her string abruptly snapped and she landed on a table, breaking it in half.

As she was carried out of the school campus on a gurney, witnesses say the disorientated Senator was repeatedly smacking the para-medics with her wand, mumbling “expeli-loan-us!”                                            

Babylon Bee has got CNN in a right tiz. 

Face the left are a rich source for satire. Bunch of clowns. 

By the way that protest against gun control could run into trouble as the left tries to manufacture an incide t. Apparently the protesters have an area where they can protest but must leave their guns at home. The area has one exit point.
