You kick off with a broad and vague assertion. I noticed that, and decided to bait you by posting an equally broad counter argument. I got the exact reaction that I was expecting to get.
Fact is that there is a graphic which I cannot be bothered to search for again. I posted it way back when Rooinek and myself were arguing over, I think, Lindsay Graham’s political position. It plots the entire Senate from left to right. It is based on a methodology where they look at laws sponsored, voting history, sentiments expressed, etc, etc.
The vast majority of them were concentrated around the centre. Those on the far right, on the graph, were obviously Republicans and those on the far left were Democrats. But here is the catch. There were more on the far left than there were on the far right.
I have to emphasise this. I am talking about far left and far right on the graph only, meaning those the furthest to the right or the left on the graph.
The fact remans that new Work Groups have to work out new policies for the Democrats and we will se what comes out of that.

A man claiming to be Dr. Marc Mallory, the husband of nasty woman Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, called a docking/boat company late last week requesting immediate access to the couple’s boat for Memorial Day weekend.
But because the company, NorthShore Dock LLC, was already severely behind schedule because of Whitmer’s oppressive shutdown orders, his request had to be denied.
All of this was revealed in a Facebook post published by one of NorthShore’s employees.
Look:
“This morning I was out working when the office called me, there was a gentleman on hold who wanted his boat in the water before the weekend. Being memorial weekend and the fact that we started working 3 weeks late means there is no chance this is going to happen,” the since-deleted post reads.
“Well, our office personnel had explained this to the man and he replied: ‘I am the husband to the governor, will this make a difference?'”
The answer was a resounding no.
“As you can imagine, that does make a difference, that would put you at the back of the line!!!” the employee sarcastically wrote.
“Needless to say, our Governor and her husband will not be getting their boat for memorial day.” He added: “Too good not to share, I love it when karma comes around, even in small doses.”
Did this actually happen, though, or is it just a fake Facebook meme? According to NorthShore Dock LLC, it’s 100 percent real.
In a Facebook post of its own published early Saturday morning, the company explained the whole situation, albeit far more professionally.

“After the early Spring and relatively mild Winter NorthShore Dock began our Spring install season early and ready to take on the world— and then Covid-19 happened,” the company wrote.
“After the government mandated shutdown, we opened 5 weeks later with the same number of customers wanting their docks and boats, but with less time to get them in! Every year it is a puzzle to meet the requested dates and with the recent happenings, it made it even more interesting.”
Whitmer’s widely panned lockdown orders forced the company out of business for five weeks, thus causing it to fall significantly behind on orders.
Last week the governor finally relented by allowing a select few types of businesses, including docking/boat companies, in a select few counties, including the one where the company that’s holding her boat resides, to open up.
Then came the moment that a man claiming to be her husband called NorthShore Dock LLC and tried to use his fancy connections to have his order expedited.
“After a long day of keeping crews running, adhering to the additional safety regulations that need to be in place to operate our small business, and fielding calls from customers frustrated with our lagging installation schedule I was told that the Governor’s husband called asking for install availability,” the company continued in its FB post.
“Up until this point we as a company had no idea we installed their dock or boat. I did not choose to ignore or change any plans we had. We simply let him know— Sorry, we have a lot going on with very little time to get it done. We will get you in line to install as soon as we can, ALL our customers are valued and we cannot place you in front of others who scheduled earlier. This answer was met with respect and understanding.”
The post concluded with NorthShore Dock LLC addressing its employee’s comments about karma and explaining why the original post had been removed.
“Was karma in play? Maybe. The post about this incident was made on a personal page and has gone viral. It has since been removed as it has caused our already busy days before the holiday to be INSANE,” It reads.
It appears locals greatly appreciate how the company handled the man.
What remains unclear is whether the man was really Whitmer’s husband. Based on the nasty woman’s behavior, a majority of people seem to believe he really was.
