Some midweek fun...

Let's have our own Ai art contest.

Each posters can submit three images.

You may submit any genre depicting anything you like apart from political art or anything Trump related because I know that the TDS sufferers wont be able to deal with the temptation to type "Make Trump from turd" into AI.

Once everybody has submitted, those that submitted cast their vote and you may also vote for yourself, with any people being disqualified for creating Trump or political art not having their votes counted, and the image with the most votes wins.

Label your images 1,2 and 3 and put them all into the same post.

FYI It's now much easier to post images on Ruckers. Simply...

    1. Save the image you want to use to your device - in this case you will create three images with Ai and save all three to your device(phone or computer),
    1. Click the "Image" button next to the YouTube button above where you are typing your reply here on Ruckers,
    1. Select the image and add it to you post(it will basically look like a long line of text, that's normal...and you will do this three times to add all three of your images,
    1. Click "Post reply"

Lets see how many people enter...

Cumon, it's just some fun

I’m guessing she’s known now more for the movie Frida has some pretty steamy scenes and which stars Salma Hayek and the cool Alfred Molina as Diego Rivera. A good watch

@Mozart when I hear Hayek's name all blood leaves my head for about 10 minutes.

A perfect woman as far as I'm concerned.

It must be a jpeg or png file you upload...if it's not, snip and save and upload...there are other ways too...this is way easier than it used to be...you just need to figure out how it works .. we'll get there...

I've made my pick based on the images upload thus far.

But let's see who else jumps in.

Generally speaking this string proves people prefer expressionist art. I do too, but walls of expressionist art can be too frenetic. So some color field art combined with one expressionist piece as a focal point creates the best vibe.

Plum11 Jul 2026, 11:04

I know exactly what you mean. When there's too little contrast the frames become the focal point.

The artist is the engine and the decorator the driver, be Moz 😉

Since there have a been some nice responses, I will upload my final two as well. But one at a time.

Not really for the wall, but I like how this was built.

That’s cool….I’d call it ‘creation’.

Captain21,293 posts
Plum11 Jul 2026, 21:24

@Mozart thanks, Moz. Though, I'd probably have gone with "The illusion of creation"

What I've noticed is that the images become quite interesting when you tell the AI to produce an image using particular shapes or systems.

I'm sure you know what a buckyball is. A simply prompt like "Create an image of a ______ from buckyballs" yields some pretty cool results.
