SB

Nobody wants reactionafy Governments and I warnned that what happened in the Netherlands is bound to happen in Ireland for two reasons -

*   the  instructions of the EU to implment their war on cow in Ireland - meaning a direct attack on Irsih food supply effectng also the  dairy industry in Ireland;

*   the Open Border policy of the EU resulting of flooding of so-called refugees into Ireland who hate the western culture and democratic Governmance  and  who are determined  to destroy it and replace it with the Woke culture who have the same objective of destruction of culture and history - as well as a total lack of p atriotism and national pride.  ...  /

If "Connot" McGregor becomes the Irish leader, that would be a joke.

The President of Ireland while technically the head of state is largely a ceremonially role with almost no political power, much the way the King is in the UK.

Some trivia for ya. An Taoiseach (pronounced on T-Shock, which translates from Irish as The Chief) is the equivalent of the UK Prime Minister and is the head of government and the de-facto leader of the country.

I view it as highly unlikely McGregor could ever become President of Ireland but its not beyond the realms of possibility. If he did it would be an embarrassment for the country but probably no worse than some other heads of state in other countries but he would have no power to change any of the countries politics, though he could delay legislation at the very most.

He has absolutely zero chance of becoming the Taoiseach.

Though find it quite interesting the current UK Prime Minister and Irish Taoiseach are both of Indian descent.
