what happened you didn't do the July this year kinda looking forward to your tips and comments??? Didn't do the Tour De France either not that I know a smidgen about it hahaha

I cannot dfind an outright wuinner in the case of the July ands put the following batfs on the July:-

*    6    Green with Envy     =    R100

*    4     Furture Wing             =     R70

*    1    Royal Victory             =     R50

*    11   Oriental Charm          =     R50

Irreepecticved of which of he 4 horses win I will make a good profit from  the race

Dense, I did post a Tour de France preview here.

This is the first time I can remember the TdF and the Durban July not starting together on the first Saturday in July but the reason for that is Paris hosting the Olympics so the Tour started a week earlier and finishing in Nice instead of Paris this year.

So far the Tour is living up to all expectations and it's going to be a titanic fight for the Yellow Jersey between Tadej Pogacar and reigning champ Jonas Vingegaard. Pogi took some time off Jonas in the only major mountain stage so far but he only got around 40 seconds advantage and Jonas will only get stronger as the Tour progresses having lost a lot of training time due to injury.

As for the July, I am backing a 25-1 shot called Purple Pitcher. The other horse I like is also quite a longshot called Future Pearl at 20-1 . . . but he's an out and out stayer so will need a fast run race. 

Can't ignore the favourite Green With Envy although if you like him then you also have to like 14-1 chance Flag Man who only finished a neck behind Green With Envy last time out and now gets a half a kg pull in the weights. See It Again remains the class horse in the race but he's top weight and giving at least 3kg to every other runner.

Big disappointment is the absence of that filly I told you about Gimme A Nother who has gone to race in the USA. Look forward to seeing how she does there.

I agree with you about Flagman and was hessitating about that horse - but considered it has a chance of winning  - but was hessitating about it be includedc in my list - since I tried to limit my choicesd to four horses - bu th ink a relaticvely small bet on flsagman will still produce profit  for any punter, 

All the money is for Barbaresco. Backed in from 22-1 to 13-1 and still shortening.

Oriental Charm was the Skysport predictor tip as well. BTW I couldn't miss the race watched it live just before the game.
