Sharkbok's star witness in court admitted that he stole money from the Trump Organization

Cohen committed crimes inclusive of fraud from the Trump organization and is now in jail for stealing from toher clints a well.   He did it from accounts paid by the Oganization and the Chief Accountant confirmed that Trump as not invoiled n the payment authorization.   

Cohen's own lawyer stated that Trump knew nothing about what happened iro the over $400 million paid to Cohen for services rendered.    Trump apparently trusted hsi staff to deal with issues.    

So do you still believe that Cohen's testimony would nail Trump in the fake New York case?

Have you any proof  of what you claim is the case.   Cohen was on a retainer basis to deal with routine minor legal issues affecting the Trump Companies and was jailed because he stole and defrauded other clients.  The monthly payments to Cohen was dealt with by senior company staff and Trump was not even awae of what he was paid.

The media stating  that Cohen was Trump's peronal lawyer is total BS.- he was employed by the Trump companies and Trumps personal attornes were appointed by him from tieme to time when necessary - not by the companies owned by Trump.    Trump was unaware that Cohen stole money from his companies and only became aware of it during the present trail.

Now back to the lies of Cohen  during the trial - under normal circumstances the Justice Deapartment would charge him wih lying  under oath - but they will do nothing  - they probably promised an early release for Cohen if he contributes to a guilty verdict  in the NY case.      

Since when does the defense in any legal charge appoint the winsses and not the prosecutors,   is BS beyond belief.   In any trial the Prosecutors must get winesses  to proof that the case is judicially proved and the defense has the right to call witnesses to prove the innosence of the accused.    In you case it seems you believe a person charged is g uilty and the accused must prove his innocence  - what a show of idiocy on your part.          .   .

Just tell me one thing -  Trump faced how many trials and distortitons of charges since 2016 - did h he ever used Cohen in any of those as part of his legal team - - it never happened.    The retainer to Cohen was to deal with minor legal issues of  Trump companies.   For that he was paid a retainer of  $35 000 a month until the agreement ended.   Have you ever seen him anywhere near a court or BS house hearings on anything?   You saw some real elgal experts he used for that.

 By the way what documentation is valid in this case - at present nobody knows what the trial is about and what the crime is Trump allegedly committed.   None of the evidence suggested anything  criminal involving  Trump anyway.    So tell us what crime you believe in your ignorance  what crime Trump is being  charged for.

I do actually watch right-wing news, the UK is dominated by right-wing media - other than say the Guardian, and Mirror - and arguably the Independent (which is m ore centre).
The BBC seems to have been hijacked by the conservatives.

The 2 news sources that I find are closest to my reality are the Independent and Sky News (in the UK). Yet, I do realise much of this is my opinion - and not proven facts. This allows me to question my own interpretation, or at least acknowledge I don't have all the information.

At least I try and get as much  info on issues from a pro and con perspective - and sometimes differ from even the rightwing media.   I watched many videos on Utube dealing with issues from a different perspective.   I alsos tudied the opinion polls on issues and wht the ratings are made by voters.    

Take for instance my stance on the 2020 election fraud issue.   61% of the US voters belkieve there were fraud committed by the Democrats in that election - but I sided with 18% of those voters who bleieve not enough prooof was provided that the widespread fraud effected  the evetual outcome of the election.    So  the majority said the same t in g and I stick with the viewpoints of those people.   

When it comes to th reats against Democracy I also believe what the amjority of people in opinion polls indicated - namely that a majority of voters believe Biden is a greater threat to Democracy than Trump is.   What is clear is that most people in the US A  believe the political usage of the Courts  and the FBI  toto undermine opposition to the Biden Regime is dangerous and 52% if the independent voters believe Biden is a greater thret to demcoracy than Trump is.  

Biden prove it during  the past three years by attacking all opposition to hsi regime as "White Domestic Terrorists" so he used the Justice Departgment  and FBI to spy on 278 000 people and use fake charges against people.  Trump is just one example where it happened - there are many others,

I believe I do enough fact checking to support what I write on site.   Apaprently you missed out on what the CNN legal expert said about the Cohen and Stormy evidence - he siad it was BS the judge should never have allowed to happen.   The whole trial deteriorated into BS  and that is where it will be destroyed in any higher courts on appeal - that is if one should be necessary.
