I am still not 100% clear on the legal standing but go to The Gateway Pundit for the rest of the article. Which set of electors will be chosen depends on votes in the Senate and House. Hope to find a in depth analysis of that. Meanwhile it seems the GOP would win a vote in the Senate. They would also win in the House as the vote is one vote per state and the GOP has 29 votes and the Demonrats only 20. But as I said I am proceeding cautiously here as dont know all the legalities yet.
However with massive fraud still coming out, lawsuits to be heard, the involvement of China in the elections being revealed and proof now available of the fraud perpetrated via Dominion its looking better every day for Trump.
