The FBI falls under the Department of Justice and if you talk about weaponizing the Justice Department look no further than the Autopen Presidency and I can give you major examples of the Department of Justice and judicial abuse as a result:-

Abuse of the Judicial system iro the January 6 system - where Stalinist methods were used like keeping the accused people in jail iro of the Janary 6 incident, refusing them bail and telling them that if they do not sign admission of guilt forms concocted by the Justice Department. When the matter reached the Supreme Court they ruled that the charges laid was judicial abuse with no regard to what really happened. The system of charging people only if they succumb to pressure to sign admission of guilt forms is unconstittional and illegal. The Supreme Court finding was only in December 2024 and the Department was instructed to charge people with illegally trespassing on Government Property and nothing else, The Department did not act on the instructions of the Supreme Court and when Trump assumed the Presidency t he 400 prisoners held in jail because thy refuse to sign enforced admission fo guilt forms were released from prison.
4. There were more than a hundred cases of arson atatcks on institutions helping pregnant women who refuse to abort their pregnancies. When questioning Garland in Senate he admitted he i aware of the incidents and knew which organizations waas invovled - but no charges were ever laid against people invovled.
5. The Democratic Party decided to get rid of Trump through laying of charges against Trump on fake charges and the Justice Department was co-ordinating the prosecutions. Despite all the media hype and accusations of TRump in th e end all the charges failed and in the James case the Fedeal Court dismissed the charge laid by James - in the case laid by Bragg there were 23 Justice Department officials in court to help Bragg. In the case of which the jury found Trump guilty. Th Judge knew what would happen if he passes a sentence because it would be appealed and he might lose his certificate to practice law due to judicial abuse he aallowed ot ahppen in his court. In the case involving election issues the charges were withdrawn because of corruption and involement of WH and Justice Department invvlemnt in poltiizing the normal elgal processes. In the case of the issue of removal by Trump of documents he took with him - the Judge involved dismiss the charges because both S mith and the FBI lied about issues and undemine Court porcess. The charges of Trump never reached the Courts and the Special Council appointed Specil Council resigned in disgrace.
6. According to newly declassified documents there were 267 FBI agents in the crowd that entered the Capitol on January 6 and those peoeple were not involved in law enforcement - but to inmcite people to enter the Capitol by the agents.
7. The Department was involved in declaring 95 crimes like house break-ins assault of people and shoplifting as misdemeanors and not crimes and in instructions to release arrested crimials fom jail without charging bail within 24 hours and after release no charges evn for murder, attacks on police arson and looting was to be laid,

You can shout shitory as much as you like - but all of the above was proved in court cases and documents subsequently de-classified and released to the public, In fact the level of judicial abuse aganst potential opponents of the Autopen Presidency and even senseless allowance of crimes to escalate and the answer was to provide fake stats to crime was down - while it was escallating.

When The Washington Post Fact Checker team first started cataloguing President Donald Trump’s false or misleading claims, we recorded 492 suspect claims in the first 100 days of his presidency. On Nov. 2 alone, the day before the 2020 vote, Trump made 503 false or misleading claims as he barnstormed across the country in a desperate effort to win reelection.

This astonishing jump in falsehoods is the story of Trump’s tumultuous reign. By the end of his term, Trump had accumulated 30,573 untruths during his presidency — averaging about 21 erroneous claims a day.

What is especially striking is how the tsunami of untruths kept rising the longer he served as president and became increasingly unmoored from the truth.

Trump averaged about six claims a day in his first year as president, 16 claims day in his second year, 22 claims day in this third year — and 39 claims a day in his final year. Put another way, it took him 27 months to reach 10,000 claims and an additional 14 months to reach 20,000. He then exceeded the 30,000 mark less than five months later.
