How did Biden find the gross incompetents he has appointed in his cabinet?   I watched this women a number of times on TV and could not believe how totally clueless she is.    She  apparently was a professor at a University - but what count with such people is not the issue of properly usage of economic principals in practice , but how to manipulate the principles to fit a preferred ideology.     

In this case she gets caught out talking about things totally outside of her ideological capacity as a theorist and made a total fool of herself.
