Special Master Appointed to look review documents seized by FBI during raid.

A federal Judge has approved the appointment of a Special Master  to review the documents seized by the FBI during the raid of the Trump House and obviously he or she will have insight into the full affidavit signed by Garland as well to see whether there is anything legally wrong in the handling of the case by the Justice Department and the FBI. 

This is bad news for the Democratic Party after their raid stunt election ploy and especially after the hate-filled Fascist Speech by Adolf Biden.    The hysteria in the fake media is to be expected and has reached crescendo levels.  How dare anyone inter fere in Democratic Party injustices against opposition supporters.  King Adolf Biden has spoken out against the opposition to his Regime so the fake media must follow through with it

The way and timing of the raid was carried out on a basis below what is legally required and was carried out illegally because they banned the legal rep from seeing what the FBI was op to  So lets go on a bit further -  forcefully opening his safe where no documentation was held  but instead took Trump\s passports with them.     They also did not act legally honest by blocking out virtually all  factual information and that meant nothing.   The FBI  is constantly leaking information to the press.

However, there is a huge majority of people in the USA who distrust the FBI and the Justice Department in liaison with the WH has gone bonkers.   

No surprise  why the Judge took the decision - since the FBI has performed as the Protection Force acting ton behalf of the Democrats.      

Yes and the Magistrate who approved the raid/warrant was appointed by none other than Obama and his henchman Eric Holder.

It is highly irregular for a president to leave office and take classified documents with him. 
Forget about ideology and who you support, this is illegal. 

Especially given he is claiming he is still the president etc. The same person that was almost carted out of the Whitehouse because he refused to leave, now happens to have hundreds of highly classified documents. The same person who claims that Biden is illegitimate just happens to have access to documents that only the current president and staff should be able to access. 
Trump has probably sold these documents already.

When a president leaves office they are no longer part of the government. They are not allowed to hold anything that belongs to the government.

The Judge in his remarks on a appointment of a Special Master was obviously not amused by the stealing the following documents taken illegally by the FBI from the safe they forced open:-

1     Thr Passports of Trump

2    The medical records of him

3     His tax returns

4     Communication between Trump and his lawyers - which is privileged.  

The method of the FBI to leak info to the media about documents they allegedly taken from the Trump residence was another reason for the judgement.

Any judge dealing with that issue would realize that what the F BI took should be reviewed - irrespective if he is appointed by anybody.

Anyway I would not be surprised if after the Special Master reviewed the documents and had insight in the affidavit signed by Garland was illegal and another major scandal of the democrats exposed.   What is clear from Present evidence is that the FB I and Justice Department acted in cahoots - what is still to be proven is whether the WH was involved in the approval of the raid.

The Master's findings are bound to expose a major scandal and is going to cause an uproar in the USA - not only of the Republican Party supporters - but by the few remaining Democratic Party moderates - but also the liberals and independents.    The FBI would not like what would follow from there.   -

Barr does have nothing available to him than FBI leaks and nothing further.   If he ah the info the Judge had he would probably not have made that statement.      If he had all the info the Judge had it may be entirely a different story.   

If the FBI was honest in what they did  then Barr is correct in some aspect in his assessment - but the fact is that the FBI was involved in a plot to find an attack weapon the Democrats could use in the election in November.   The FBI is forbidden in the USA Constitution to be trying to manipulate election outcomes and that is becoming clear. iro  thor conduct in 2016 and again in 2020   

So it is the FBI's fault that Trump took the classified documents and then refused to give many of them back when requested.

Eventually, 1 year later the FBI was forced to reclaim the documents from a search warrant.

Now its reported that the documents contained information on the nuclear capabilities of foreign countries. Think Trump might finally dug himself a hole so deep he won't be able to get out of it.

Who of you two know what documents were taken"    You believe the FBI leaks?    Why not let an Independent Master assess the documents in an environment where the FBI is trying to play a political instead of a judicial role which is totally unconstitutional?  Would not be the first time that happened.    It happened in 2016 involving Trump as well and their discussion with Zuxkerman to ban from Facebook of the Hunter Biden Laptop is another.   They act like the KGB did in the USSR.   So an independent master can look at what really is the case.

I have said many times already, if Trump is guilty of anything, he needs to face the full extent of the law....

I do however still fully believe that there are continued biased witch hunts directed against Trump, that have absolutely no basis at all..... and time will tell which of these new ones will be successful

Nobody can really dispute the fact that despite ALL these repeated and continued attacks and investigations against Trump, nothing has ever even come close to him being prosecuted or serving time, and if he ever does, I would assume that he fully deserves it, but I doubt that will happen.... but even the mo st ardent Trump hater must recognize this is happening to at least some small degree....

Biden on the other hand is the proverbial snake amongst the American people..... a self serving, pompous, selfish man who is a very dishonest individual to the core.... and whilst some will respond that that also sounds like a description for Trump, you cannot ignore or escape the facts regarding what Trump achieved for the American people whilst in office.
