Trumpanzees having another premature ejaculation.
It was just the defamation case kicked out and that was never anything more than a side issue after Bozo's childish and spiteful tweets about the main issue.
The main issue is the invalidation of the non-disclosure agreement and that was postponed because of the possible indictment of Michael Cohen. That lawsuit is pretty much a foregone conclusion as Bozo's lawyers have said that Bozo will not enforce the NDA nor contest Daniels' claim that it is invalid.
Of course, the real issue here is the fact that Bozo paid Daniels hush money using campaign funds. That case has been filed with the Department of Justice and the Federal Election Committee and that is the case that Bozo needs to worry about.
But you Trumpanzees go ahead and celebrate the fact that the most insignificant, meaningless and retaliatory case in this whole saga has been kicked out of court. It has almost no bearing at all on anything and was just a consequence of Bozo tweeting unsavoury and spiteful stuff that no self-respecting president would ever dream of doing.
