DONALD TRUMP has been hailed a hero for ordering a travel ban on seven mostly Muslim countries, as an activist group said the US finally had a President interested in protecting American families.
Outrage swept the globe in January is it emerged the Republican President signed an executive order to temporarily ban refugees from entering the United States.
Protestors took to the streets to condemn the decision, which Mr Trump argued was a measure to secure the safety of American citizens.
Nick Adams, the founder of the Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness (Flag), hailed the order as he said nobody interested in the wellbeing of Americans would object to the ban.
Speaking to Fox News, the activist also thanked God for the fact the US finally getting a President interested in “kicking butt rather than kissing it”.
Mr Adams said: “Every country has the right to determine who comes to their country and the circumstances under which they come.
“Nobody who values the security and safety of Americans, of our families, of our communities, should object to President Trump’s executive order.
“Thank God that finally we have a President that's more interested in protecting our families, country than protecting our feelings.”
He added: “Thank God that we finally have a President that’s interested in kicking but rather than kissing it.”
Dr Sebastian Gorka, the President’s deputy assistant, also praised the Republican as he said that already within 14 days of taking office Donald Trump had started to rebuild relationships nearly destroyed by Barack Obama.
Vowing that allies would once again see the United States extending a hand in friendship, the aide suggested Mr Trump is also planning a radical shake-up of the country’s international affairs policies.
Adding that enemies of the US would soon realise Mr Obama was no longer President, Dr Sebastian said: “What we have done in just the last 14 days, we are starting to rebuild all those relationships that a crucial.
“The ones that were almost destroyed in the last eight years. Whether it’s with Jordan, whether it’s with Egypt, whether it’s our closest ally Israel.
“We are rebuilding all those bridges that were almost burnt to the ground under the Obama administration because it is so important that our friends understand we are their friends.”
He continued: “And that our enemies or adversaries know who the President is and that it is not Barack Obama.(THE WELL KNOWN WIMP)
