The sh!t has hit the fan.   A bloke called Jacques Pauw wrote a book called The Presidents Keepers exposing amongst others -
*   Zuma's links to gangsters and cigarette smugglers;*   Zuma being paid a salary of R1 million a month by a private individual involved in Sate contracts during the first four months of his presidency;*   Zuma not submitting tax returns for years and how the previous SARS Management tried to convince him to comply;*   How Zuma put Moyane in charge of SARS to fix his tax problems;*   How the election campaign of Dlamini-Zuma is funded by criminals/gangsters; *   How The State Security Department was looted beyond belief of an estimated R1,2 billion Rand under the cover of secrecy and played a role in having the criminal charges dropped against Zuma by means of illegal tapping of private phones.  
What is really funny is that Pauw even have a tape recording of a conversation amongst gangsters during which the famous Agliotti said that "He (Zuma) is a gangster like us."
As if that is not enough - the Eskom investigation by Parliament is proceeding and what is coming out is looting on a massive scale - every witness bring forth new evidence and the latest witness said what happened at Eskom amounted to outright theft involving billions.
Then there is the Arbitration Hearings about the House Esidimeni scandal where it is becoming clear that 141 patients died because the Government terminated the Esidimeni  contract and sent the patients to private NGO's - where 141 of them was virtually starved to death.   The Police is in a panic - Judge Moseneki wanted to know whether charges of murder is going to be laid and the SAPS representative was flummoxed.  
However, it is the combination of the President Keepers book and the Eskom evidence that is causing havoc with the scoundrels - they are like cats on a hot tin roof.  They are mostly trying to lie their way out of trouble.   The SSA has laid charges with the Police based on publishing state secrets in the book - but the fools apparently does not realize that security legislation has a different objective and not the objective of covering up massive stealing money from the state, fraud and corruption.
The appeal of Zuma to have the remedies of the previous Public Protector that Zuma in the North Gauteng High Court ended in chaos when the Judge President asked why Zuma in Parliament said he intends to appoint such a Commission - but in Court Papers he applied for the whole issue be referred back to the new Public Protector, who turned out to be another Zuma Protector.
Zuma then wrote to the Court that he intends to set up a Commission by a Judge identified by him with a limited scope to be investigated and that the investogations not covered his own actions.   The latter is to be referred back to the dummy who is now the Public Protector and be hushed up.
The Judges must by now have the jitters about the level of crooking/criminality going on under Zuma's watch with his protection  and I think they will not fall for his latest antics.   It will indeed be surprsising if Zuma gets legal coverage to do as he pleases.   the Jufge President says the Full Bench will give their ruling before 17 December but I think the ruling will come out much sooner.
