The problem with all those climate change fanatics is that they claim that in Europe and North America they will take measures to improve measures to stop emissions that affect the stratosphere, but there is zero chance of being effective. All of the USA and Europe combined have a population of about half of the population of China and also about half of the population of India. I exclude European Russia from the figure.
How the hell can the EU countries, the USA and Canada take measures that will not be duplicated by countries like China, India and Russia and hope to get any real contribution going. That is why the political correct BSters are prescribing to people to impoverish themselves and take them down to a level where the world poor lives. They are totally demented.

The moment that happens it automatically becomes applicable to all member countries who have no right to decide on implementation or non-implementation. That is why for instance the EU can decide on the allocation of illegal migrants to different membership countries,
