According to latest reports the following:-
The murder and crooked faction of the ANC in KwaZulu-Natal wants Zuma to campaign for the ANC in the 2019 election. The question is of course - will the campaign be confined to his fellow prison inmates, since him being outside of prison depends on whether he is pardoned by President Ramaphosa - which is unlikely before such an election since it will open the way for the opposition to accuse Ramaphosa to be in league with the crooks. The other alternative is that by then Zuma would have decamped to the UAE himself.
Duduzane Zuma has permanent residence in the UAE. He approached the Police with an offer to give evidence against the Guptas delaying their arrest while the negotiations were in progress. That must have been a smokescreen to enable the brothers to get out of SA and the same applies to himself, In the meantime the family and Duduzane are either in Dubhai or India and they can all be extradited despite their obvious believe to the contrary. By the way is Duduzane guilty of High Treason or not?
