Before Biden took over the Presidency in 20 material running into hundreds of millions of concrete structures to be used in the construction of the Wall on the Mexican Border and it now came out that the Biden adminisration was flogging the aal structures at 10% of what it cost - with the money going to the crooks and not the Government.
