This is a sory based ack to the 1970's when Namibia was still under South Africa. It came in a court case of a man accusef of rping a Herero woman/ While the Prosecutor describing how the accused riped off the panty of the woman h following followed
Judge - "But Herero women do not wear wear panties".
Prosecutor - " I bow to your superior knowledge - my lord"
It really happened - I still grin when I think of that one.
