A three=party Gpvernment will not be able to take strong and decisive decisions. The Bavarian branch of the SDU is not going to stay wih such a coaltion and it will divide the Party down the middle.
Without the Greens it would still be a coalition without a majority in Parliament. as far as I know. [\-especially if the CSU in Bavaria is unhappy about isues.
