What utter balls. The world sits by while China breeds these viruses and wrings its hands about global warming, where the historical record shows warmer temps, which are marginal, saves lives.
So when was there a conference of any note on these viruses....which are an existential threat. If we got a virus which had the death rate of MERS (which originated in the Middle East) and the transmission rates of this Wuhan virus......we could be looking at more than half the population being killed.
China needs to clean up it’s act. Forget about asteroids, little green men and global warming. Preventing this string of viruses is the priority, and unlike the other things we can do so much better without massive cost.
