Pakie, I thought a teleprompter would be on a big screen, but they anyone could see it- but I assume it is installed in the podium that would appear as a small screen that only the speaker could see.
Other than the things mentioned above I don't see anything else remotely close to Trump that could have caused damage to that side of his head.
