While more than 200 million Americans have already safely received the vaccine under its emergency grant, it is hoped that the full authorization will advance vaccination rates.

I had my second shot this morning - but will not be prepared to take a booste r shot - if the present two does not work why would the booster third shot work?
Apparently, Moderna and AstraZeneca last much longer than Pfizer.
So, it is not clear if these first two vaccines will need boosters- but Pfizer certainly will.
It is not clear if Pfizer designed their drug to wear off after 1 year.
There might also be upgrades to vaccines in order to deal with new variants.
