"Washington, D.C., U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu made the recommendation to move forward with charges against McCabe,
McCabe appealed Liu's decision all the way up to Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen but was rejected, according to a person familiar with the situation."
Fact is the charges relates to the Russian Hoax story used by some senior FBI agents to attack Trump and tried to get rid of him - probably inspired by the Obama administration.
CNN is his new employer and obviously went ballistic abo ut the charges being levied against McCabe, but I do think that in a court case like this the real situation as to the whole Russian Hoax issue will get into public view and it is not going to look good for the DP and its supporters.
Bad news for another angle as well - the DP is trying to start impeaching of Trump and the witnesses can claim their basic evidence cannot be provided because the matter is sub-judice.
