The future o the USA looks bleak

All the articles I read in the media indicates that the USA is torn down the middle and the latest article dealt with a warning of armed response by  sectors on the day when Biden is sworn in as President.

The problem in the USA is that there is a serious division between the working class people and the economically more liberal people.    Over the last three decades the working class people got poorer by 20% and joblessness increased drastically because of the export of jobs to cheap labor countries.   There was a reverse of that trend under Trump when especially the working class felt better about their working environment,   That is a fact.

However, the virus problems caused a turndown in the economy and had an impact in the election in which the media played a major role.    

The fact is that the new Government will not address the needs of working people and that is the certain-most cause for continuous unrest over the next four years,    I suspect that the US Government will not deal with issues in a democratic manner - since that would require some amendment to their leftist and socialist-orientated policies - and if they try and suppress the problems by using force the situation could spiral out of control.

We will soon see wat impact China has on US decision-making.   There are elements in the new administration with business links with China and they would ensure that any measures negative to China be settled on the bases that Cina wants it done and the US will do nothing should China attack Taiwan an act further in repressing human rights in Hong Kong,    That scenario will add to export of jobs to China and the green policies of the USA will destroy the oil industry in the country.   Once that happen a civil war will become near to inevitable.

The kids of the old working class are adapting just fine to the new economy. The country is still controlled by the center but the dominance of tech is a new factor. And contrary to the common view  these companies are not controlled by their CEOs.....they are controlled by their very radical employees. If CEOs step out of line  they know the consequences will be dire.

So capitalism has to come up with a solution....an App Store for the 50% who don’t mind having Parlor on the site. It will happen, there’s too much money involved.

The only people  that really benefitted from the economy over the last thirty years were the  College graduates making up  32%  of the population.

Youngsters are more easily influenced by the media and high-tech promising them  better future, bit for the majority of the people the better future never materialized  nd when the struggled as they get older to raise their families and daily toil reduce their contact contact with the people and institutions who influenced them they get more conservative,   

What I do think Biden must be careful of  to prevent  unemployment  increases - especially in the oil industry and the transport sector.     The wealthier people may not be effected as badly as the rest in the case of a shrinking economy.    So I hope against hope  that the centrist class  of policies are applied, but think that would not happen because of weak leadership of Biden and Harris and radicalization of  a section of the DP,

Here's 2 bills that Trump wanted to have passed but which the Dems shot down. The idea was to cut out all the red tape and legal restrictions when dealing with foreign and domestic terrorism.

Paraphrasing a summary of the;

1st bill - Any person, whether inside the USA or outside of it and whether a US citizen or not, can be arrested under suspicion of terrorism and held without trial and without access to a lawyer for an indefinite amount of  time. 

2nd bill - Assasination of domestic and foreign terrorist suspects without the need for obtaining warrants and without legal oversight or reprocutions, before or after, the assassination. 

It's one of Trumps attempts to clean up after Bush and Obama.

I'm on the fence really.

Well what's in the past is past, we all got to move on and get a life and don't fret about what you cannot change and concentrate on the things you can. Put the past behind you and try to reconcile and forgive afterall we are all so very imperfect. Life is far too short to carry baggage's of grievance and bitterness around. Freedom starts within.

Definitely not...that should set off all the alarm bells in the house and definitely does not sounds like Trump, so I suspect it's a "sting"?

Active military deaths .....first 4 years of Obama 5700 (approx) vs first 4 years of Trump 3000 (approx). Last year of Trump 300 (approx), just one example of how much better the Trump administration has been than Obama.

But it’s true in every case.....the economy, the stock market, low income wages, border security, the ME, the vaccine response, energy independence, education. The country is vibrant under the yoke of the virus and ready to burst out when it’s eradicated.

The thing Biden can make right is  stopping the anarchy of the Left. That anarchy and the threat it was going to get much worse if Trump was re-elected was the most often mentioned factor among my friends who voted for Biden.

Reminds one of Germany in the thirties when Hitler was elected to keep the streets in control.
