After the denial that there are biolabs in Ukraine being funded by the US Government operating in Ukraine - the same kind of explanation was offered when the Biden Government was caught in the act lying about the issue,

Except neither America or/NATO where present in Ukraine when Russia invaded, nor did they cause unrest or build missile launch sites there. Ukraine had requested to join NATO but it was vetoed by France and Germany and had had no short to medium term prospects of joining NATO.

When it comes to Mexico, Central America, Canada or South America none of those places feel the need to join a military alliance because they there not under threat of invasion.

There was no security threat to Russia, not a single country was threatening Russia or advocating any sort of an attack. No country would be crazy enough to directly attack Russia when it has so many nuclear weapons. Before the Ukraine war America was for some time pivoting to Asia to deal with what they consider is their main rival China, drawing down the numbers of troops stationed in Europe. Germany and many other European countries where happy to buy billions worth of energy imports from Russia. What the real issue was for Russia is it that feared loosing influence over Ukraine as it looked to move on to the path of EU integration.
