The Korean dilemma

Here the world has a unique problem....a nutter who has had his relatiives killed by dogs has nuclear weapons. Twenty of them according to a 2014 Telegraph article. The design has been tested and it works. . They also have 77 submarines and apparently submarine launch capability for a nuclear weapon is a high priority If successful that means he could park off any major coastal city and release an unstoppable nuclear weapon. Scary stuff. But even short of that Seoul and perhaps even Tokyo may already be in reach and if not, will be soon. . Then you have his probably poorly equipped million man army and his 3500 tanks on a peninsula smaller than Great Britain....and no doubt poison gas and dirty bombs. . How to disarm this nutter without major, apocalyptic loss of life is becoming increasingly more difficult. And while it's easy to kick the can down the road....who knows how many nukes this man will have 10 years from now as his uranium enriching equipment keeps spinning deep underground. . The world has been stunningly remiss in allowing the problem to build up to this extent.

Unfortunately, too many ex-leaders have simply turned a blind eye on this maniac in North Korea and hoped that it would be someone else's problem.
Without Chinese support, North Korean would not pose the danger to humanity that they now are.
Leaders have to stand firm and do what needs to be done, now. 
It is going to cost many lives and misery for all if war breaks out.
Let's pray that a peaceful resolution will be found.
 

 You can never have a peaceful agreement with a nutter - who had his own brother poisoned in Malaysia.   He will never show any "weakness" - since that would be the end of him and his despicable family - who have killed more of their own members and other people in North Korea than anyone could imagine.
Why not use one of the bombs used in Afghanistan and blew the bastard and his family to smithereens - that would perhaps lead to a more agreeable North Korean Government with whom negotiations may be possible.
