This is not about Mozart and his discovery of mythical facts about rugby - but about our own Government in SA.
Lets look at a few clangers  of recent times:-
President Zuma
This guy cannot open his mouth ever without lying so we have to get it straight:-
*    The manufacture of a so-called security report compiled by the Guptas to justify his firing of Gordahn.
*    The sworn affidavit about the termination of the previous NPA head.
*    The fib about opposition parties wanting to ensure that the poor are remaining poor while the actual protests are about corruption destroying SA.
Zuma's ex-wife
This sour hag - whom I met a number of times - is bad news - and her lies are piling up endlessly.  Just read the following article:-
"Reports that presidential hopeful Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma is receiving preferential treatment have thrust her in the firing line with political parties demanding an explanation for her VIP protection.

The former African Union chair's reputation has been tainted by scandal since her return to South African politics in March.

Dlamini-Zuma's alleged preferential treatment has resulted in the Congress of the People laying charges of abuse of power against Police Minister Fikile Mbalula on Sunday.

Party spokesperson Dennis Bloem said the charges related to the police's offer of a VIP protection service to Dlamini-Zuma.

"We feel that the minister has violated this presidential protection unit’s mandate. He must go and answer questions in court."

The DA said it would write to Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane to ask that she urgently investigates the use of state resources to provide protection to Dlamini-Zuma despite holding no position that would justify her protection.

The DA's Zakhele Mbhele said the Sunday Times’ report make it clear that there are spurious "security threats" on which Mbalula, is relying to justify this protection.

The newspaper reported that Dlamini-Zuma was afforded VIP protection after an alleged robbery attempt near a boutique hotel in Houghton, Johannesburg. However, neither the manager of the 10 2nd Avenue hotel nor a security guard on the premises knew anything about the incident.

"Indeed, it is clear that she was receiving VIP protection prior to her arrival at the hotel where the supposed 'threat' occurred. The fact that he [Mbalula] will not come out and make clear the true basis of these supposed threats make us increasingly concerned that there is an abuse of state resources at play."

National police spokesperson Major General Sally de Beer said in a statement that Dlamini-Zuma continues to receive protection from the Presidential Protection Unit (PPU) fully in accordance with their mandate and prescripts, informed by a threat and security assessment.

She refused to divulge more on the alleged security assessment.Attack on education

On Friday, Dlamini-Zuma made a controversial statement that learners at former Model C schools are "taught against the ANC".

"It’s not surprising that kids will think the ANC is corrupt‚ [or that the] ANC is useless because this is what they are fed at school."

She alleged that some universities, such as the University of the Witwatersrand, refused to allow their students to call South Africa a democracy.

She claimed most schools would only say there is democracy and freedom in South Africa once another party took over.

Reacting to her statement, the DA said Dlamini-Zuma’s comments can only be interpreted as a direct attack on Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga, "since it’s the minister’s job to ensure that the curriculum is appropriate and that schools are not politicised.

The DA's Gavin Davis said it was incumbent on Motshekga to set Dlamini-Zuma straight on what is being taught in South African classrooms.

"If the Minister happens to agree with Dlamini-Zuma, then she needs to explain how she has allowed public schools to become a hotbed of anti-ANC sentiment under her watch."

Dlamini-Zuma’s Twitter feed raised eyebrows after a tweet dismissing Save SA's march for Zuma to step down.

Dlamini-Zuma claimed that the tweet sent from her verified account was a fake.

“I am aware of a fake tweet doing rounds purportedly coming from my account. The source of this is currently being investigated,” said the apparent contender for the presidency in 2019.

Before it was swiftly removed, the tweet read: “... this is what they protecting... hence some of us not part of this rubbish... they must join us for the march for our land they stole”.

The above is a concoction of lies.   The Model C schools are the only public schools in SA where a reasonable level of Education is maintained.   So it is schools where the middle class of all races prefer to send their children there to be educated.   So what else is new.   The children need not be taught the ANC has been thoroughly  corrupted by her ex-husband already ad believe me she is not a better thief  - in any event the school children would have heard that in their home environment already.

Then there is the Police fib the alleged attempted  "armed robbery" at the guest house the sour thing was staying.   Nothing would come of the supposed Police investigation since - even if something did in fact happen - it would have been stage-managed by the Police themselves.

The Guptas

This crowd is sponsoring a number of groups such as the ANC Youth League and Land First organisations to support Zuma and crooks like Molefe, Tswane and Van Rooyen to do their dirty work for them as Ministers in Zuma's cabinet.

One has to watch out for Manji - another Gupta crook.    He may end up as Director General of Treasury Department to facilitate the total loot of that Department.

Minister Dlamini

This low-life of Social Grants Fame has made sure that her boy-friends got a pay-out of R83 million from the company contracted to pay out the grants.   She would not have done that for only s ex in return.

She felt her bribe kingdom under threat - so she took over the process to ensure that the contract is extended despite the fact that in 2014 the Constitutional Court in 2014 ruled that it was an illegal contract.

When taken to the Constitutional Court in March this year, the Court smelled a rat and ruled inter alia that Dlamini must provide an affidavit as to why she should not be personally held liable for the payment of costs.

She then submitted an affidavit in which she lied outright about the issue and blamed staff members for the mess.   They would not accept that and in response filed factional sworn statements in which the true situation was outlined.   One wonders what the Concourt would make out of that one.   It would be interesting to see the outcome.

Theft of Computers from the office of the Chief Justice

A day after two extremely negative judgements in the Courts against the Government there was a break-in at the office of the Chief Justice and the theft of the computers on which the information of judges throughout SA and senior personnel of the judges were kept.   The immediate thought was stated in the media that it was engineered by the security services and the next thing a huge TV announcement was made to the effect that three thieves have been identified and two of those have been arrested shortly afterwards.

The Police Acting Chief - a seriously compromised person himself (he paid of R5 million in debts within five years - announced that the "mastermind"  was still out and the Police were looking for him.   The "so-called" mastermind then went to see a lawyer and reported to the Police  together with his lawyer.    it took 2 hours before a statement was taken y the relevant Police Station and as soon as the lawyer left - the chap was taken away by the Police and allegedly assaulted by them.

One of the first arrestees was released afterwards with no charges being laid - the other two were charged for other crimes - not the break-in.   The "mastermind" was charged with the break-in - but NO COMPUTORS were found.   The case seems to have so many holes that he may also be not guilty.

So back to the State security service and Zuma's agents being involved in this case.

It's blatantly obvious that Zuma and his cronies are an organized criminal syndicate and that they don't have any care or shame in stealing from  state coffers.
