You missed out entirely on the background situation here,  The situation is that the responsibility  to decide on lockdowns - like happened in the voronavires pandemic -  is the responsibility of the Governers of State - not the President,   If the Governors failed to act - like happened in New York - the president cannot be blamed for the foul ups of the Governors.

What happened here was that the issue dealt with was re-opening the US ecinomy as soon as it is safe to do so and the DP propaganda was that Trump has no authority to override the Governors on the issue.   What Trump said is really only in that context - nothing else,  In a national emergency the President has the power to overrule the Governors.   Trump put it too bluntly - but the media misrepresen ts any thing he says anyway;

There are two facts to note - of the ten worse-effected states by the virus 8 have Democratic Governors and like in handling the crisis thus far it would have been unwise to let the Governors  who already proved their incompetence in handling the situation - let them bugger it up further,

For poor brycy if the lying mainstream media says for zero reason Trump thinks he is a king it must be true. Should they say Trump is a nazi its true. When they say all the USA deaths are on Trumps hands its true. No matter how big the lie poor brycy duly sucks it up.

All we can deduce from Governor Cuomo and his mates is that they have acted as if they alone were solely responsible......with that comes culpability for the failures in NY state.

With 19.4 million people and 10800 deaths....NY has a death rate of 557 per million people. Spain has a rate of 3690, Italy a rate of 2697, the floundering U.K. a rate of 1383......and the rest of the US without NY, a rate of 48!

There are reasons why a very mobile and densely populated state would be hard hit. But these are stunning numbers. You would think these Dems were smart enough to accept the cover the Federal Government was willing to provide.

Take out the States in the room with Cuomo....New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut ....along with NY and for the remainder of the US deaths drop to 9893 from a population of 257753000 at a death rate of 38 per thousand.... which equals Germany, Europe’s best.

A day after the Trump inauguration the Democrats started a campaign to have him impeached,  For the next three years the hate-campaign of  the Democrats and most of the media kicked in on a 24/7 basis.  There was nothing Trump could do to stop the hate campaign.

How can Trump be blamed for a hate campaign initiated by the Democrats and a large part of the media?   They originated the campaign and to date it has never ended.   Even a few week ago Pelosi said that Trump is an imposter - a fact that existed in the DP thinking from 2016,

The problem has more to do with the fact that the Democrats never accepted the fact that Trump was a duly elected President in accordance with the USA constitution,  They did not want to accept that fact and started a continuous underground war against Trump. normally based on lies and deception.   Perhaps they were also bothered about the possibility that crooks in the DP would be prosecuted  for their crimes while in Government.

Taking into account the 24/7 hate campaign against Trump by the DP and the media - how can you blame him for the present divide in the USA,   Democratic elections also leads to the losers becoming a loyal opposition that opposes the government policies without undermining the state and the country.   Have you seen anything of that since Trump became President?

Sorry - but you are onto a true fact here and that is that the USA has been radicalized into two camps - the Democrats and the Republicans.  That was  co-ordinated by the media and by the DP, not by Trump.
