Who writes this nonsense, and who believes it? The truth is not strong enough, so why not make up a conspiracy about a global cabal of paedophiles- who just happen to the opposite political party. 
Covid has certainly created an environment why shows how crazy, or just downright stupid a portion of the world population is. (This segment mostly seem to be preconditioned through religion to believe nonsense). They have no objectivity and fear reality. 

Are these people needed? Or is Bill Gates actually seeking to remove them from existence?

There is ample evidence that the Covid 19 virus was in fact developed in the Wuhan Laboratory - so that is not a conspiracy theory 

But what is questionable is some real disinformation  as to how it got out of the laboratory abd into the general public.    The Chinese Government  claimed that the virus started in the "wet-market"  in Wuhan,  yet the fact is that the only market  in Wuhan  was a fish-market .    

There are two diverse opinions on how the pandemic started.   The mass media  us basically condemning  all  allegations  that the Communist Chinese Dictatorship - while opposing views think there is a direct link between the Wuhan laboratory an the start of the pandemic,      Both viewpoints have some  evidence  supporting their statements - so until further proof is provided  to the contrary - both versions can be regarded as conspiracy theories,
