The 'Riviera of the Middle East' to replace the 2 state solution?

Jerusalem is a bit like the capital of the promised land. It has always had religious significance from BC, the Crusades and until today. It is almost as if the Islam and the Jews/& The West split the promised land in half by committing to the 2 state solution in order to reduce but not resolve this thousands of year saga....

If it is a complex situation.... but why has it taken mankind so long to realise the solution is to just turn Eastern Jerusalem into a Riviera with jobs for all?

Lets go back in history a bit.   In the 1970's and 1980's Beirut's nick name was  the Paris in the ME with tourism and  banking thriving,   Since then Beirot became a hell hole of the ME  with Iran controlling  the country through Hezbollah - while the same happened in Gaza wher Hamas took over,

Under the Biden Administration Hezbollah an Hamas not only got US aid directly - so did the Ayatollah government in Iran.

The idea of Tump to turn the ME into prosperity by creating  free socieites not controlled by Iran is rather unique and since nothing else worked in the ME people should consider how people could prosper without terrorist control.

It goes way beyond what was ever tried before and may work out for the benefit of the ME and is worthy of consideration.   It is not about religious reactionaries - it is about a better life for all people in the ME.   Maybe it is about returning the region to prosperity and not the hell hole it is at present.
