Only 6 functioning aircraft left. I think at this point even Zimbabwe can successfully invade us with 5 pickup trucks of freedom fighters armed with ketties.
The South African Air Force is toast
Zim kan maar kom, als is oor as hulle dit so vêr maak as Brackenfell en die Kaapse Vlakte, dan is alles oor.
Haha, true ja.
We've submarines for defence?
That does not sound good at all.
That does not sound good at all.
That's what boundless corruption gets you.
Two of the three subs are not operational and needs servicing and repairs - but smehow nothing has been done for 2 years about it,
The army is comparatively as poor as the armies of Germany, Frnace and the UK combined are.

Another classic
Very sad for what used to be a proud service
Imagine having to fly an aircraft maintained by the SA Airforce.
Not even Maverick would survive.
Sies...and there's no shame about it...proudly corrupt and incompetent...
Outside of the Western Cape everthing in S A is toast,
Apparently, most of the functioning aircraft have had their steering wheels removed to make space for carrying more passengers than the maximum limit allows.
Although, even Maverick wouldn’t be caught dead flying with a monkey wrench instead of a steering wheel, let alone doing a flyby.
At least the planes were made before the U.S. kill switch was invented, so I suppose there’s that...
Vice grips...not monkey wrenches...that's for big busses...
