I am not at all surprised by the insistence of SB. Denny and Rooinek that Trump is guilty of criminal offences. The following allegations have all been supported by them as Triup being guilty of criminal offences and one has to look at what they found Trump "guilty of":-
Russian Collusion
We had the Democrats screaming they had evidence if Russian Collusion all along - but
* the Mueller Special Coundil found nothing of any consequence;
* Schiff in 2019 used the House Security Committee to re-open the allegations of collusion after in 2016 under oaths stated he had no evdence - he afterwards in media interviews claimed he had evidence of Collusion - but never produced the evidence;
* The Inspector General found evidence that the FBI and individuals in the Justice Department used lies to get FISC approval to spy on the Trump campaign in 2016 and the guilty one signing opff on the issue was found guilty of a criminal offence and sent to jail, and
* ultimately a detailed investigation found that the whole story were based on lies invented by Obama, Biden and Clinton, as well as the DNC and distributed to the media.
A real total political onslaught with no supporting factual support
The Democrat Attack on Trump as to Covid
Trump was initially misled by the WHO and President Xi that the virus was not transferable between humans and did nothing about the virus. However, when he did find out about the lies he immediately closed the borders for people other than US citizens from travelling from China on 30 January 2020. In doing that he was accused of racism by the Democrats. He summoned the now discredited Dr Faucci and another scientists to advise him on Covid actions and made the mistake of having daily discussions on TV about progress on Covid research and methods to used to combat the spreading of the disease. The TV outlets lied about the fact that Trump suggested that cleaning material to clean tables and counters be injected as a cure. In the case of Health issues the US Constitution allows for the States to handle health issues - the only function of the Federal Government was to assist the States to assist the States to handle the pandemic situation and Trump did what he could do in that regard. The Democratic Party controlled States were the main areas where deaths occur afterwards especially de to maladministration.
In the end Trump -
* release Faucci from his advisory role because of his involvement in funding "gain of function research at the Wuhan Laboratory 0 the highly likel source of the voirus that caused the pandemic; and
* fast-tracked the Covid 19 vaccine development process that in the 2020 election campaign the Democrats campaigned against the usage of vaccines developed by the Trump fast-speed vaccine and apparently convinced their core voters not to accept vaccination - with negative subsequent consequent resistance in people who refused vaccination and lead to protests in cities like New York and amongst the Black voters;
* the Biden Administration tried to get vaccination going by claiming thta the vaccines reveted spreading of the disease but that was a lie as well; and
* in 2021 while Biden was President and covid vaccine was available more people died of Covid-related problems than died of the same reason in 2020 when Trump was President.
The Trump Tax Issue
This issue is before Court since Trump appealed a recent court decision. The House tried to get the returns released by the IRS - the body responsible for tax administration and the IRS has never claimed that the returns submitted was in any way deficient or fraudulent. So the whole issue is another political attack on Trump.
The James investigation
James is the Democratic Party Attorney General in New York. In her election cmpaogn she swore that she would ensure that Trump be dismissed as President and after elected she appointed two lawyers to look into potential charges. After 18 months of investigation the two lawyers found nothing and the charges by the DA office as no criminal charges was found to be possible.
James then decided on a Civilian Investigation based on something like property evaluations and in the course o both the criminal investigation and the Civil investigation Trump provided all required information - but James insisted on Trump answering her questions. He was interviewed by her on Tuesday and since the whole process was a poitical campaign issue and not a criminal investigation at all Trump on the advice of his lawyers refused to answer her questions and used the 5th Amendment instead.
Ukraine Call and First Impeachment
In 2014 Hunter Biden was appointed as a Board member of the Ukraine Burisma company and paid generously by the company for doing nothing practical for them - he cold not speak Ukrainian - he never attended a Board meeting and his sole role was the fact he was the then VP's son. In 2015 started to investigate Burisma for fraud, bribery and corruption. In 2016 the House and office of the Busrisma owner was searched for incriminating evidence. The situation became critical and Biden phoned the President of Ukraine 3 times in 2 weeks to stop the investigation of Burisma. Initially the Ukraine Government resisted this request - but in 2016 Biden went to Kiev and the Prosecutor was dismissed forthwith. In a video recording made in 2018 Biden bragged that e threatened the Ukraine President with withholding $1 billion US Aid program if the Burisma is not stopped. It was obvious that the payments made to Hu8nter ended up in stopping the investigation.
Since the matter involved dollars it is obvious that Trump did what is expected from him and enquired about the role of the Biden's in the relevant case of Burisma, The fact is he merely asked in a phone call with Zelenskyy for further information on the issue. Aside from the above enquiry investigation of the Biden's would highly likely of also investigation of expand to involvement of Pelosi and Schiff in corrupt activities in Ukraine - there is in fact written confirmation of their corrupt activities in Ukraine as well. It is obvious that Pelosi and Schiff panicked and initiated the impeachment process against Trump. They had no real evidence and could produce zero other than witnesses saying "I think it might have been the case" can never be evidence and the thing backfired on the House when the Senate could find no real evidence of any proof to their lalegations.
Russian Bounties to kill US soldiers
This allegation surfaced in 2020 and came from the Democrats using the CIA leaks and published in the New York Times. It was soon discredited totally - but Trump was accused of not stopping Putin from doing it by the Democrats and extensively used by them in the 2020 election to discredit Trump.
The Allegations of Election Fraud
Like Clinton after the 2016 election Trump refused to accept defeat in the 2020 election. Trump laid 23 charges of illegal strategies and practices used by the Democrats and of those 15 courts ruled in favor of Trump. In the case of some Democratic controlled states these rulings were ignored. There were widespread allegations of election fraud and a few hndred Democrats have been charged and fund guilty of fraud. However, whether the alleged fraudulent votes were enough to change the outcome is debatable. In an opinion poll in 2021 61% of the voters indicated they have reservations about the voting in 2020 and thkought there was indeed major irregularities,
In 2021 a prosecutor opened a charge against Trump oon election fraud in Georgia. The investigation went nowhere, but featured in the January 6 investigation.
The January 6 Committee
The establishment of the Committee stemmed from a House resolution allowing for the appointment of an Investigating Committee on a bi-party basis - the Democrats having 4 members from the Democratic Party and 3 members of the Republican Party with the Chairman being a Democratic Party member. Pelosi realizing that this may be a problem for the Democrats changed the membership to include 5 Democrats and 2 Republicans and asked the Republicans to nominate two representatives. When she was informed of the nomination of the Republican Representatives she vetoed thema nd appointed 2 anti-Trump Republicans to be part of the process.
The Committee followed a process where cross-examining of witnesses are not allowed and where witnesses are called even when they have no real evidence to produce. The whole thing was based on the show trials basis used in non-democratic principles used in dictatorships. There has been no proven documentation provided to the Committee and the whole issue remains a propaganda exercise of the Demcorats since written proof of anything other than hearsay evidence is being used. Even the Committee do not think criminal charges are possible,
Conclusion
There must have been aside from the above - at least another 20 investigations of Trump took place and despite widespread media reporting by the media - none of them produces nothing that could lead to criminal charges. The latest search if Trumps House in Florida are based on the fact that he took documents with him when vacating the White House - a rather dubious allegation, since Obama took more than 30 000 documents with him when he left the WH and no investigation of what he took took place.
LOOKING AT THE ABOVE THE IMPRESSION IS THAT THE DEMCORATS HATE TRUMP AND THEY ARE JOINT IN THAT BY THE FBI AND JUSTICE DEPARTMENT STRUCTURES. THE WHOLE PROGRAM IS TO GET HIM OUT OF THE POLITICAL SCENE. NO CRIMINALITY WAS EVER PROVEN DESPITE WIDESPREAD MEDIA PROPAGANDA TO PROVE THE OPPOSITE.
