The fact is that it is not nonsense it is based on a reply under oath Nuland gave in the Senate. Nuland confirmed that there were research work on bio weapons being done in the Ukraine, but realizing she gave away a secret project by the US Government she denied it later in the Senate Hearing.
Confirmation of research done in Ukraine was confirmed at another Senate Hearing in 2009 and was also dealt with in 2014 on the US Embassy website in 2014.
It led to the real story - when the Russians found one such laboratory they found instructions from the US Government that when the Russians threaten the area they should destroy all the production to prevent the Russians from getting hold of it.They did not destroy it so the Russians sent the bio weapons they discovered to Washington with a letter to the effect that they are sending back the biological weapons belonging to the USA to them and wrote it would be wise to destroy it themselves.
So I am not surprised - Faucci funded the coronavirus gain of function research at the Wuhan laboratory - so why not do the same in Ukraine.

What is this obsession of the USA to fund labs like the ones involved in Ukraine and in China - we know of, but according o some issue they are funding labs in 30 countries in the world. If it is a Health issue why is the funding done by the US Defense Force and not the Department of Heath,
I differ from you about the issue though, If Russia became aware of the fact that there are labs storing dangerous Bio-weapons in Ukraine that can be used against Russia, it will be a neglect of duty if Putin does not act to eliminate the danger. The problem is there are elements in the Ukraine Government that are linked to fascism with extreme terrorist links as well. Those are in the Asavo Regiment in the Ukraine army and the Regiment ensign include the Swastika.
