The Russian's have reportedly made some limited advances in the Kharkiv Oblast, possible recapturing some small settlements while the Ukrainian's have asked some 15,000 people to leave the area or stay at their own risk. Absolutely no suggestion that the Russian's have capability to make an attempt on Kharkiv city though. Like other Russians attacks in the north, it appears to be a spoiler attack with the hope that the Ukrainian's will divert units committed or earmarked for the ongoing Ukrainian offensive in the South.

The reference to Kharkov by you is interesting.   The estimated population of the city in 2014 was 1 440 885.    If the Ukraine Government told 15 000 to leave the city it would be the key government agents in the city which they want to evacuate because those people were under threat in the event the Russians take over the city.     The Russian speaking people ofc Kharkov will welcome the troops of the Russians since they will free them from the oppressive yoke they suffer from under the Kiev regime.     They are under threat of ethnic cleansing by the Ukraine regime - so they would lose everything if that happens - go and read what Zelenskyy.' trusted advisor sad on that issue.

Again you're implying something that hasn't happened. The Ukrainian's have urged 15,000 people in Kharkiv Oblast near the front line to leave the area no one has been urged to leave Kharkiv city itself.

*      The Ukraine War cost the US taxpayers $117 billion.   How much of that result in kickbacks and corruption.   Senator Graham of the Republican Party said "Every War is a good war" - why should that be?   Because politicians - included the ultra-corrupt Biden got kickbacks from Ukraine before from aid given to Ukraine - so how much is he making now from the Ukraine War?     And how much of the aid given actually benefit the people of Ukraine?    Initially in the US Senate it was stated that only 30% of the armaments sent to Ukraine reached the fighting army and the Defense force said that they are worried about it and am sending a Colonel to Ukraine to monitor the delivery by the USA to ensure the armaments reach the Ukraine army.     The Ukraine Minister of Defense was accused of being part of the original problem and Zelenskyy  would not act against him - but fired the General in charge of the Ukraine forces fighting in East Ukraine.  

In the case of Ukraine the war is the source of bribery and corruption  on a virtually limitless scale.     In the USA politicians and bureaucrats foreign aid as a basis to get kickbacks and the corrupt benefit from it.    When Trump tried  to find a way out of the mess and stop kickback operations - two of the most corrupt politicians in the USA (Pelosi and Schiff) engineered  impeachment  proceedings against him.    When trump instructed the USA army command to withdraw the US troops from Syria they accepted the instruction - but dd not carry it out. 

By the way the Russian speaking people in Ukraine  has been threatened by the Kiev Regime of ethnic cleansing and they already, fined people for speaking Russian in public, banned Russian in schools  and arrested virtually all Russian-speaking members of the Ukraine Parliament.   Just a question?   How does "speaking Russian does not make you Russian|".     How does that tie in with what is actually happening in Ukraine - especially since senior members of the Regime threaten the Russians with ethnic cleansing?
