THIS IS BIG: Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger Refuses to Testify Under Oath About Security of State’s Dominion Voting Machines

So much has been proven already about the massive rigging of the election.

For some reason now the courts are appearing to be more willing to look at the evidence at last.

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this year – the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report in June 2023- the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was hiding this report from the public for two years.

University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system.

Far-left Georgia Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation on Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report for two years until its release last summer.

The report confirms that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines.  In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.

The Report

Professor Halderman wrote about his findings in a blog post after the report’s release.

Back in September 2020, the Court granted the Curling Plaintiffs access to one of Georgia’s touchscreen ballot marking devices (BMDs) so that they could assess its security. Drew and I extensively tested the machine, and we discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers. The most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction. This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.

Our report explains how attackers could exploit the flaws we found to change votes or potentially even affect election outcomes in Georgia, including how they could defeat the technical and procedural protections the state has in place. While we are not aware of any evidence that the vulnerabilities have been exploited to change votes in past elections, without more precautions and mitigations, there is a serious risk that they will be exploited in the future.

Professor Halderman also tweeted out that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger will not install Dominion’s security patches before the 2024 election.

“The known breaches in Georgia would be sufficient to uncover and exploit every vulnerability we found—and likely others we missed. Yet MITRE’s risk assessment assumes that Georgia perfectly protects the equipment from illicit access across all of its 159 counties.


“Astonishingly, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has been aware of our findings for two years, just announced that the state will not get around to installing Dominion’s security patches until after the 2024 Presidential election.”

The office also announced that there will be pilots of the recently Election Assistance Commission-certified version of Democracy Suite, 5.17, in 2023. This software has not been deployed in any election in any jurisdiction as of yet.

The pilots will examine its full functionality in a real-world setting. Also, in reviewing the processes it will require an update of the nearly 45,000 pieces of voting equipment, along with the subsequent acceptance testing. This process will take tens of thousands of manhours. Therefore, the statewide move to 5.17 will occur following the 2024 election cycle. This will allow the state and counties to focus on executing municipal elections and running the Presidential cycle. It also allows the state to put together a thoughtful, thorough plan to roll out the latest software.

Hopefuy 2024 is the end of the freaks being in power in the USA and  2025 sees normalacy returning with Trump as President. 

The Goverrnor of   Georgia (Kemp) apparntly appointed a legal team to investigate voter fraud in particularly Fulton County (Atlanta) and found that there was indeed large scale faud committed in that county.    That probably resulted in the release of the above report by the two professiors.

It also expained why 2 of  the people involved  in elccttion  fraud took Giulani to court for libel - but not using the Georgia court where the  libel offenses allegedly occurred - but one in Washington used by the Federal Justice Depatment  who also picked the juries to deal with political charges and before which  all the accused in the January 6 debacle appeared.    Any decision of that court will be overruled by higher courts in due course.   .

The farce that happened in that court was that only people who admitted guilt amongst the  over 1100 arrested people were in fact only charged after they admitted guilt taken to court and the ruling often was that since they were in jail akready for near to three years  they were given sentences to cover that period and less than a month or even a day in prison since they were detained wihout trial from January 2021.   In one case where the prosecutors recommended a 5 year prison sentense the Judge ruled that a 20 years sentense be imposed.    There are still 540 prisoners in jail refusing to plead guilty to the charges against them and held as political prisoners in jail.   That Obama appointed judge is likely to be  impeached sooner rather than later for abusing her office as a judge.

One can only wonder when charges will be laid against people involved in election faud in Georgia to follow up the report of the Kemp legal team on election fraud.   Those charges are to be handled by  DA's and where the DA's are elected  through funding by Soros such chares ae unlikely to happen unless the Govenor appointed a legal team to take the matter to court like happened in the case of Missouri where the DA refiused to lay murder charge .against participants in the 2020 riots in US cities.   In th latter case it took the jury less than 30 minutes to propose conviction of the two charged murderers.    

The situation is unless Kemp appoints a special legal team to take the matter of election fraud to court the DA concerned would never lay charges of election fraud in Atlanta.   One can only wonder whether the USA judicial system is not abused when it comes to any political fraud cases.   Take for example of the case of Wanda in Connecticut where the election board found that she was stuffing election drop boxes in the 2019 municipal election and she wss never  charged.   She repeated that conduct in 2023 and was caught on video where she repeated that offense.    There ae apaprantly many Wanda's all over the USA in action in elections.    For example in a case in Phoenix Arizona where  two women were caught on video stuffing of votes into  a drop box and  were indeed charged.  The two female mules claimed they did not know where the 32 votes they put in a drop box came from and both landed in jail as a result of their action.    Th problm is that the 32 votes wre actually counted as legitimate votes because the legal action followed two years later in court.  

It is therefore not sure whether the Fulton county fraud issue will end up in court and would only be further exposed legally in the fake case laid by the DA of Fultonn County  against Trump and in the appeal of Giulan in the libel case.hen Giulani.   The fact is the Democratic Party judicial control is based on KGB methods used by the Stalinist regime in the USSR.        .
