Yu started spouting BS - the pandemic team was coasting money and there was no pandemic in evidence at the time.   What happened then was that both the WHO and the Chinese Government lied to everybody that the  Covid virus was not transferable from human to human and a pandemic as not possible.   That charade was exposed by Taiwan scientists whose findings were ignored    By 25 January 2020 Trump found out of the false statements of the Chinese and the World Health Organization and on 30 January 2020 he banned all non-US citizens from entering the USA from China.   The reaction from Pelosi  and the Democrats was that his ban was racist and she went off to the Chinese Market in San Francisco as a publicity stunt.  

No mention of the 30 January 2020 ban in your summary at all.    By the way the WHO only declared Covid as a pandemic in mid March 2020  when the real horror story started to become evident.  Trumps banning was not effective and it did not stop spreading of the pandemic in the USA  - it came too late to have any effect on the situation.   When he subsequently banned entry from Europe the Democrats did the same as in the China case and undermined the action as well.   

The rest of the garbage came from single sentences used by the media.     Do you know that Trump withdrew funding from the WHO because they colluded with the Chinese Government in lying to the world on the Covid issue.    There were specific actions you never mentioned and I call it garbage because the sentences are not covering any actions at all and there is no wider context given in which the quoted sentences were answered

By the way in the USA Health is a State issue  in terms of the US constitution not the President of the USA cannot change that.   The function of the Federal Government is to provide assistance to the  States in the case of a pandemic and to try to get effective medicine  and other counter-measures made available to help the States dealing with the issue.   So the last question was BS anyway..
