It is a pandemic of the vaccinated because most people have the brains to have already taken the vaccine. If there are 90% of the population vaccinated, that only leaves 10 unvaccinated. 

However, deaths are still higher in the unvaccinated, despite them becoming an ever-increasing minority.
More and more of the formerly unvaccinated people on the fence have friends or relatives that die from Covid, so they are changing their minds. 
Survival of the fittest. If the earth is getting overcrowded it makes sense that evolution will be controlled by intelligence. It is debatable if anti-vaxxers should exist in the 21st century.
