Donald Trump has offered potentially his most deranged statement regarding the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol to date, telling reporters outside his Florida estate on Thursday that the 2021 attack was “an insurrection caused by Nancy Pelosi.”
Trump of course is 100 percent correct.

Why hasn't Trump been charged in any court with insurrection. Surely the demonrats would love to indict him and prove it on court. Indeed in the SCOTUS hearing on the Colorado case to take Trump of the ballot because he is an insurrectionist Justice Kavanaugh noted that nowhere had been charged with insurrection.
