That is bad news for the DP in that area dropped by 7 589 in the county, while the support of the Republic Part grew by 2 503. That means that circa 5 000 voters stayed away from voting and the chances are that those 5 000 will vote for Trump in 2020 if the amazing fact that in that area circa 69 000 people in that county attended a Trump rally.
By the way in Wisconsin in 2012 and 2016 statewide is as follows:-

Democrats 1 620 985 (52,83%) 1 382 536 (46,45%)
Republican Party 1 406 674 (47,22%) 1 405 382 (47,22%)
The above caused the Republican Party to win in the State - which never happened since 1984.
Political analysts will make a different evaluation as well. The fact there is a drop in votes cast looking at the above figures:-
Democratic Party - 238 449
Republican Party - 1 292
So the fact is that the DP showed a massive decline in votes ie 14,1% while the Republicans should a minimal drop/ Fact is the Linertarian Party got 106 674 votes, Wisconsin is rather unique. The Republican Governor was opposed to Trump - so was the Republican Committee - and they campaigned against Trump - most likely they voted for the Libertarian themselves.
So it is rather unique that Trump won in a state he never had a supportive local structure in place.
Looking at another observation and that is in Pennsylvania, There the situation was somewhat different. The result figures for the two elections were as follows:-
Democrats 2 990 274 (51,97%) 2 926 441 (47,48%)
Republican Party 2 972 443 (48,18%) 2 680 434 (46,59%)
Here there was a different scenario in that -
* the Democrats lost in fact 65 833 votes: and
* \the Republicans gained 292 009 votes
Taking that into account there was a major swing from the Democrats to the Republicans - which was the case in the other Rust Belt States other than Wisconsin as well.

Hitler did not win by a landslide in 1932 - the Nazi's only got 37,27% of the vote and got 23 0 seats in the Reichstag. That was not a landside at all. The fact is the Socialists of which both the Nazis (230 members), Socialists (133 members) and Communists (89 members) were associated as Socialists were predominant in the Reichstag.
That was a massive shock to the political set-up in Germany and in the 1932 Presidential election the result was as follows:-

In Western Europe and the USA the working class is at present worse off than they were 20 years ago - and I really believe that is why they start to hate the political elite. That is a very dangerous environment. I warned about the danger of that in the past. The Brexit referendum and the USA election results of 2016 are indications that things are on the wrong track.
As I stated before - I do not trust any politician and that includes Trump. In a way he is at present enhancing the economic situation of the workers and ordinary people and that is favourable - but that type of thing can easily change if he is not kept under control.
